    I ordered a ******************** coffee mug on 10/16/2024. The total cost including shipping was $14.98. I was notified of a tracking number for the package on 10/18/2024. I checked on the status daily and 10 days went by and the item still hasn't shipped yet. So I sent an email on 10/28/2024, asking what was causing the old up. This was the reply that I received: Hi *******!Thanks so much for shopping with us. I am so sorry it seems this never left. I am alerting shipping so they can make sure this gets sent Thanks ***** SOK SportsThree days passed and it still didnt ship, so on 10/31/2024, I sent another email to the same person and I got no reply. On 11/4/2024, I sent a third email and again, I got no reply. On 11/7/2024 I requested a refund. They sent me an email message that said they were reviewing my request and I never heard from them again. Also, I called their customer service phone number and left many messages. They never answer their phone and they never return calls. This is a horrible company!

    Date of transaction- 4/17/2024 via ***** for $24.98 (attached doc)I ordered an AirPod case for a family member. I received a confirmation email but no shopping notice. I reached out to the company and they told me they would look into it. I never heard back & they stopped responding to my emails. The phone # provided is just a recording & no one ever answers/calls back. I have attached the Venmo transaction, email exchange & confirmation email.

    Placed an order with this company for a jersey for ****** on June 5th. I have sent emails in regards to the order and have called multiple times but no response I just looking to get a my money back

    On February 4, 2024 I ordered a ************ Watch Band size 38/40/41 for a gift. I found out it was the wrong size and I have a email where I contacted someone about returning the band for the correct size of 44/45 mm, and was waiting for a return authorization to have it shipped to the Manufacture rather than the store. I hadnt received a response yet so I sent another email on March 1, 2024. Again, no response On March 12, 2024 Again I sent a reminder request I was still waiting for an address to have it returned, no response. Again on March 18, 2024 I sent another email wanting to swap sizes for the correct one and no response. I began calling the 800 number and no one answers the phone so I began leaving messages and did that at least 5 different days, although I did not write the day and time down, I didnt think it would escalate this far. All I wanted to do was to swap it for the correct size and could not get cooperation from the company to do so.

    I went online to buy a ticket for a local tour through a museum. There was a click here to order tickets. The next page asked for credit card info. After entering the info I was on Sportuze page. No confirmation number. No idea what was ordered. No way to contact the company. $34.98 was withdrawn from my bank account. I contacted my bank. However the money was withdrawn. This has to be a scam.

    On February 1, 2024 I purchased a chiefs wallet and chiefs Apple watch band. I received the purse but did not receive the watch band. on 2/6/24 emailed for status and was told The watch band is an HD band made when we pace the order. It says 3- 5 days for shipping on the description. Many times its quicker but its at the manufacturers timeline. On 2/14/24 I emailed for status and was advised that I should have received it and they would look into it and get back with me. No one has emailed me back, I continued emailing requesting a refund and no one has responded. I just want my money back.

    On March 24th , 2023 , I made an online purchase in the amount of $104.97 including shipping. It took them about 3 weeks to print a shipping label with tracking . But item was never picked up . Ive emailed them several times for updates ,they responded to one email to say they will check on the item that ships directly from warehouse . After weeks of still no shipment , i sent another email . No response , after about 3 more emails a response was that they had a break in and they will reship the item ( an item i might add that they never shipped in the first place) . So I sent another email begging them to either ship the item or send a refund. Which at this point no answer . So im hoping better business can help me . *** opened a case with the bank to dispute the charges , im not sure where that stands now , cause its way past a month since purchase .

    Ordered a shirt on 9/13/22, with expedited shipping. Marked as shipped on their website on 9/15/22, USPS tracking number provided. USPS created the label but never received the package from the company. I did not receive the item. No response to multiple emails. No one answers the telephone number provided.

    I ordered a Dallas Cowboys Chrome Clock back on April 27, 2022 on this company's website and have not received the item. I have called this business several times and the line is always busy. I sent an email on May 8, 2022 with no response. I am requesting that either I receive my order or get a refund of $31.99.

We filed a claim with the postal service and consequently emailed him to let him know the item had arrived in his city and he should be receiving today or tomorrow. We emailed him again today May 12th Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/05/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I received my package on Friday, May 13, 2022 and feel that my complaint is resolved. I am satisfied with the response from this business and will consider buying from their website in the future.
