      Max and *** came out to inspect my roof due to a hail storm. They were able to work with insurance company on my behalf, and got everything approved that was damaged by the Hail Storm. All the workers were on time and took great care of my property during the roof install. I was surprised and I couldn't believe it only took one day to install a new roofing system. Thank you again Max and all your team for giving such an amazing customer service experience. I highly recommend using Built To Last Roofing for all your Roofing needs!! It was a pleasure to work with you guys.

      Our insurance company gave us a heck of a time when our hail damaged 13 year old roof started leaking. They told us it was all maintenance issues that were our responsibility. Brauzon from Built to Last saved us. He helped get the inspector to come out again and see the damage that was missed before. There was a prolonged process from the insurance company but Brauzon and the company stayed on top of everything and provided timely updates to us. We never could have gotten this done without their expertise and professional persistence.

      I've hired *** and Built To Last for a couple of projects. The first included reroofing the house, replacing the soffit around the house which had rot in places, replacing the gutters and downspouts and painting the siding. The second was replacing the faux-french door to the patio with a sliding glass door. Our house is 25 years old and needed some repairs. It looks like new now and Val was very diligent about working with the insurance company to get compensation for hail damage. I wish we had replaced the door to the patio years ago. It's a huge improvement. Val charged a very reasonable rate.

      Beyond excellent service from start to finish! The team at Built to Last ensured our roof was replaced quickly and efficiently while providing a quality end result. They took the time to explain everything and they were meticulous throughout the entire process. But the true star was *********************- he provided outstanding customer service, was incredibly responsive and legitimately took away any stress that could have been associated with such a huge repair job on our first home. **** is awesome! A big thank you to him and his team.

      I wouldn't trust these guys. I talked to them the other day. The way they talked and pushed me raised a big red flag.
