      They charged me twice for the same thing and nobody answers the phone now to adjust it..the technician was not licensed it wasn't even the person assigned it was a younger boy who could not provide ID they did not come at scheduled time

      I called Appliance HD 9/19 for repair of my washing machine on 9/12/22. I was told there was a $70 fee for the visit and diagnostics, but that if we chose them for the repair, this money would be included in the total cost. A technician was sent to my house on 9/14/22. Dino S****** (dbremodeling.net). He advised that I could pay $195 per hour to diagnose the washer or if I payed a flat rate of $295 that would include any repairs/parts needed. He also indicated that the $70 I paid to Appliance HD would not cover any of the repair. I immediately felt suspicious but allowed him to proceed. He also asked to borrow my Shop Vac and said he would give me a discount for doing this. He was here for less than 30 minutes and told me the machine was fixed but the washer drain pump was "on it's last legs" and would need to be replaced soon. He gave me a $25 "discount" for loaning him my shop vac and said he did not take credit cards and to pay Brie A**** on Venmo $275. I paid and never received an invoice or receipt. for work done. I went to use the washer after he left and it still had the same problem and was not fixed. I called him at 954-274-0042 and he told me I would owe him money to come back out for diagnostics and that he would order a washer pump for $104. I argued with him and he said he would not charge labor but would charge me for the part. I got a text yesterday 9/15 saying the pump would cost $117 with the tax and shipping. I don't want this scammer back at my house as he has a very bad reputation on Yelp and online and I want ApplianceHD to refund my $70 and I want the $275 back from Dino S******. This has been a very bad experience. I called ApplianceHD and they tell me a manager will get back to me but nobody ever does.

      7/15/22 They charged our company $70 to send us a repair man and when I asked for a receipt for that charge, they refused to provide one. They have a record of the charge but will not send it to us for our records. They also weren't upfront about the charge in the first place.

      Called to request drain stopped and leaking on frost free Samsung French door refrigerator. $70.00 fee up front for them to come. Required a regular maintenance to fix problem. I requested he did not remove filter because last time I changed the filter, the ice maker did not work for a year and then started by itself. He guaranteed that the ice maker would work. Well it does not. Told me what to do to start it back and I tried many times. It will not start back and they have refused to return to fix what I feel they broke. The charge for that was $325.00.making my total payment $395.00. I feel this is too night and now it is not working. They will not answer texts to repairman and company says they will call back, but they don't, and they blame it on the tech. I am a senior in a wheelchair with left leg amputated, and unable to pay someone else to fix it. Would love to get refund or better yet fix it at no additional charge!

      I called ApplianceHD to replace a spring on a broken oven door at my rental at ************************************* XXXXX. The technician, Shirewain Lockenberry repaired the oven door, then called me for a credit card number for the $385 repair bill. My credit card was charged on March 5 and erroneoulsy again on March 6, 2022 for the same amount (duplicate). Since March 6 was in a new credit card billing cycle, I didn't notice until April. I called ApplianceHD at 202-335-3352 and asked for a refund. They said they'd issue a "ticket" and their manager would call me. I never received a call after calling ApplianceHD at least 5 different times beginning in April through present (I called again today). I ask to speak to the manager since they never call me back, the response is there is no manager on duty, all they can do is issue a ticket. In addition to issuing the ticket, they told me to contact the technician directly. I called Shirewain Lockenberry as frequently or more at 667-308-5633. In the beginning, he said he issued a credit to my credit card. The next credit card statement would arrive, but there was never a credit. I asked him to provide documents that he requested the credit, but he couldn't or wouldn't. Eventually after numerous phone calls, he told me there was nothing he could do. I was double charged and I want my money back. I've asked both ApplianceHD and Shirewain Lockenberry for a physical address (I thought I could file in small claims court), but I cannot get an address. I could never get anybody to send me a receipt for the repair either, because I thought I'd been quoted less. Please help me!

      Called Appliance HD to repair our Dryer on 3-22-22. Paid a $75 fee for the repair man to come evaluate the problem and make repairs. Our charge was for a new Thermostat at $266.20. The dryer only heated one time. When I called to have the problem resolved I was told a manager would contact me within 24 hours. 72 hours later still now call. I spoke with the call service three days in a row and was told a manager or tech would be contacting me. Still nothing! I'm very angry with this Company. Please don't let this happen to others.

      on 2/6/22 called for washing machine repair-was told it would be on 2/7/22. Paid $75 then. On 2-7-22 man came looked at washer ordered parts-said it'll be $150 for repair and would be back next day. Gave him $40 for parts. No show on 2-8-22. On 2-9-22 showed up with parts worked on washer- said it was fixed and I paid the remaining $110. Tried the machine and it was the same problem as when I first callednot working. I called repairman 3 times on 2/10-22 and it kept going to leave a message which I didno return call. On X-XX-XX he finally called and said he's come out that day which was Sunday. He came looked at the machine for a minute and said it would be at least $250 more and not worth it. Called another company and said they would bring a used machine for $300. The repairmans name is Michael Hollingsworth. I find no listing for his business. He did leave his phone number on my phone thoXXX XXX XXXX

      I called a Appliance HD company, advertised on line, to come and check on my refrigerator. An appointment was scheduled the next day which was a Saturday between 8-10 am. A technician by the name of Dylan B**** came to my house And checked on the refrigerator, he said that the control board was damaged and he needed to order the piece and replace it on the following Monday. The technician requested a check to be made under his name to cover the part plus labor. He charged a total of $289.95 for the labor and $361.21 for the part for a total of $ 651.16. On the following Monday he called me to let me know that the part was not ready and it could be 2 more weeks for them to deliver it. I have not got any calls since then, when I called the company,the person that answered my call was short and rude, she just said "I will talk to the technician "and hang up. I have called them twice again but the company does not answer my calls any more

      We contacted ApplianceHD to repair an icemaker in our freezer in July of 2021. They came and replaced the icemaker in a timely manner. However, the icemaker only worked one time and never again. I called and let them know. The technician came out again to verify the icemaker wasn't working. They said they would order another one and install it, and if that did not work, they would refund us the amount of the repair, which was about $500.00. I never heard from them again after this. I called the company over six times and was told a manager would contact me. No one ever did. I emailed my complaint. I asked to speak with someone other than the person who answers the phone and was told I could not. No explanation was ever provided about why the discontinued their service to us. We would like a refund from this company.

      I called Appliance HD 9/19 for repair of our washing machine. I was told there was a $70 fee for the visit and diagnostics, but that if we chose them for the repair, this money would be included in the total cost. Luckily, our washer was fixed appropriately on 9/20. It was a quick and easy fix with no parts needed, < 1 hour. I paid the technician $150 for fixing the washer, which he said included everything. I was then still charged the extra $70 by the Appliance HD company. I called to have the charge removed and they said the trip and diagnostics were extra and not included in what I paid the repairman, but this is extremely deceiving and not what i was told. I would never have paid $220 cleaning out a wash trap.
