They keep calling me, my family, my friends and people I am not even associated with. I want all communication regarding me or anyone I am close to to stop, cease, end as soon as possible. It has reached the level of blatant harassment.Initial Complaint

On 2/15/2024, I received a call from this company and when I didn't answer she left a message. I called back as I did not recognize the number and the Representative stated that she was calling in reference to a vehicle that needed to be picked up. I have no idea what she is inferring too and I stated to the Representative that no one has the right to give out my personal information without my written consent as per the law. She argued to state that anyone had a right to contact me regarding a vehicle to be picked up. I have never heard of these people before and this company will be put on notice to Cease and Desist any further communications with me.Initial Complaint

I'm not sure who this business is but in the past month they have called several family members and previous neighbors of nine from 15 years ago. This company has a lot of information about my children, marriages, addresses, phone numbers, social media contacts etc. They are very persistent and will never say what the call is actually regarding.Initial Complaint

The telephone number ************ associated with Secured collateral management keeps calling my number and do not leave message and when i do picked up a man with a very thick accent picks the call ask for a random name that is not mine. The number the company has on file is never answered. They secure collateral for *************** I've literally called this number have been on hold for 10 minutes 7 separate times with no answer, just an automated system that hangs up on you. I, and customers like myself need to retrieve their vehicles. ************ is the only number on file and its never answered. Please contact me for retrieval of my vehicle.
