I have no idea who these people are, Ms. **** will not stop calling and harassing me and my family. I am in bankruptcy protection and have a lawyer. I have sent out correspondence to all creditors to call my lawyer with any issues. I want these calls to stop and stop calling my family that I don't even speak to. They are threatening me with the police. They need to call my attorney with anything related to my case. I will press charges if this continues.

I bought a car back in March 2023. I was told that I had to pay 956 a month. After struggling due to terminal illness, I couldn't make my car payment for a few months. I tried to call the loan place to give them all of the money to get caught up on my missed car payments, and tried to pay an extra month ahead so I could get the charge off removed. This was through ************** and they refused to help. So then the account went to collections with Secure Collateral Collections. This evening, 12/9, at approximately 8:29pm I got a call to collect the debt from the number ************. I explained my situation. I told the guy on the phone that ****** was willing to buy my car from me with an additional down payment and I would have to pay them back the rest of the balance owed. He called me a liar. Then he kept telling me that I lived in ******* when I in fact live in ***********, ********. I told him that I do **** and he told me "so you can do **** and make money but not pay your car note on time. Got it" he was very rude and condescending. He kept instigating with me to receive a reaction which he got because a person can only be pushed so far. He kept interrupting me and he was very emotionally abusive. I asked for his supervisor which he gave the name and phone number of to me after he continued to degrade me and interrupt me.

The following number: ************ listed as Secure Collateral Management just called me, ***** ****** of Miracle Mobility. A person said F... you ****** When you call back, it says to leave a message with ************ phone number, which is the same number I just reported to BBB, another BBB company listing, a person that scammed one of our customers out of their bank account information. Better Business should be aware, because they are listed as a BBB accredited company with a different number. The number ************ for any BBB listings should be taken down immediately as the scammer is using this number to call people, represent they are from your company and scamming people.

8/28/24. ************ called me for the first time today, meanwhile they have been calling my family in another city repeatedly speaking very unprofessionally. When I finally got the voicemail I called them back on the number that called me which was a scam number. And then finally the number provided on the voicemail - I called 4 time until someone picked up and clearly was a young young girl. Told me what the matter was about and proceeded to get an attitude and later argumentative after I asked questions she could not answer. She then hung up in my face, I called back to get placed on hold immediately and then later they hung up. lol she also stated I owed 2700 dollars on a 500 loan when I literally hopped into the portal of the borrowers website and seen the money owed and spent.

This company has called people I barely even know, friends, family etc. people Ive talked to once, twice my whole life. It is unacceptable to reach out to anyone other than myself with an issue regarding me. I ask that all calls, voicemails, emails and communication cease with any other party other than myself personally. The business is more than welcome to contact me via email **********************

They keep calling me, my family, my friends and people I am not even associated with. I want all communication regarding me or anyone I am close to to stop, cease, end as soon as possible. It has reached the level of blatant harassment.
