      Luminate Solar/ Texas Solar Brokers/ American Sun Solar/ Vantage Point Solar or whatever they call themselves today need to be shutdown and stopped immediately by the state of Texas! *******************, ***** whatever I think Vale or Pale, ***** someone all of them are thieves, crooks, and scammers along with convicts and drug addicts! They WILL STEAL YOUR INFO and put in fraudulent records to get the financing for solar and I pretty sure they are pocketing money fraudulently STAY CLEAR OF THEM AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM they installed solar on my home without me knowing being home or anything else and I now have to pay and fight a finance company that I never signed paperwork with to finance panels that I never wanted on top they DONT WORK NO WIRES RUN if I could do 0 stars thats what it would be

      So confused. So frustrated. Purchase solar panels from Texas Solar Broker, LLC/ Vantage Point Solar, both owned by ************ I see that Texas Solar Broker, LLC is now American Sun Solar. I was promised so much. Now I can't get anyone to help me or to even speak to me. I did get one response when I filed a BBB complaint, but no help with anything. The most helpful people have been the ones who I have the loan with- Goodleap. My bills are on average higher than before I got the panels. So, like others, now I just have two large payments to make each month. No one will answer calls or texts, so I can't get anyone to even check on the panels. A rep at Enphase (the app) said I need to have the installers check the system. Well, I can't get the installers to speak with me. I finally called the manufacturer who is going to try to help me. Very disappointed. I had high hopes.

      This company and the workers that work for Texas Solar also now American Sun Solar, are with out a doubt un professionally operating a business they have no regards operating. They are seeking money revunes and once receiveing contracts from clients, they walk away from the actual work and labor that is required to complete the job. We signed up for Solar October of 2022 with all intent to save cost and put value into our home. But quickly after signing up we were left with unanswered questions and a huge laps of no contact on when the project would start or how to proceed. To be honest my family thought there was now no longer going to be an installation and put it behind us. But to our surprise right around chirstmas season of 2022 we were getting demanding phone calls to arrange an installation date and to make time for someone to come out to our residence. We were completely taken by surprise and as usual had so many questions. What are we actually installing? Was approval granted from our HOA? Were all requirements met and given a clearance to proceed? These questions were casually brushed off and answered yes all is well and good to go, just need a scheduled date for installation. So as honest homeowners we believed their word and trusted the company for their word and proceeded. Installation occurred after Christmas holiday's, the beginning of April 2023. We were assured all was going well and Solar would be soon in our future. We'll that was a huge lie. Installation isnt complete and here we now are in September of 2023. And I have absolutely no Solar connection... A ton of phone calls, demands, threats and frustration. I am still waiting for this daunting project to be complete. . I need reimbursement for my now double payments of electricity and my Solar loan! I also need completion and the clear to turn on my installed solar pannels that are currently on my roof with no use! Don't use this solar company!

      Solar is a waste of money especially, when American Sun Solar is the company you are going through. My panels never work, I have never received any credit back (and no I don't use a lot of electricity) no one returns calls, you'll probably have someone LOOK at the panels but you have to wait at least 4 months and multiple cancellations. **************** is horrible. Almost $60,000 down the drain. Not only do I pay full price for electricity,but I also pay full price for broken solar panels. 2 years old.

      my panels are not operating and I cannot contact the installer because the phone number has been disconnected. I am not receiving any cost savings now and we are currently experiencing the hottest summer on record, so my electric bill is very high. I cannot get any other solar installers to help because they did not install the panels.

      It been over 5 months that the Solar panel were install and yet we do not know if it is been connected. It just like what other people say, I am stuck with double bill with the loans and electric bills. Call customer service and was told we will sent out a technician to go over the details and never did. Just lies and deceptive to get you off of the phone. Whats worse is that the installer broke our neighbors window and promise to fix it and yet nothing is going on about it. Now Im stuck with this guilt of neighbors house with all this heavy rains damaging their house just because I was deceive into signing with you!

      System was installed very quickly and turned on after the city came out to inspect it. Im happy with my loan term and payment agreement. My agent or solar dude lol was upfront about all expectations and I feel they were met. I will be referring them out to friends

      I was able to save 90$ a month by going Solar and the guys who helped me were amazing! They made sure I understood everything and it was obvious they are not only experts, but they were here to help. Thanks again!

      Solar was starting to pop up everywhere in our city, so we met with American Sun and we were honestly shocked at how it all works. Our electricity bill had almost tripled in a matter of a year and now our solar payment is lower than our old bill and never goes up! We've been loving it now for months and are excited to get our tax credit here soon :)
