    Buyer beware! We signed the loan and contracted them to do work recently. The contractors came the first day to work in the attic. Not only did they not remove the old insulation they only put a few inches of Blown in insulation on top of the old insulation and missed large sections where there was no insulation at all. On top of this they were supposed to fix our vents prior to putting in the blow insulation. They did not so we had blown in insulation blowing through all the vents into our bedrooms and bathrooms. Have tried to contact my representative for multiple days now my text messages are not being read. Phone calls are not being returned from my representative or the main office that I called. After four days, Im assuming that they are just walking away from the job so we have hired another contractor to come and do it. I certainly hope that I do not receive a bill for a loan or unfortunately I will have to get lawyers involved. So be very careful when dealing with this company The contracting work is the shadiest work I have ever experienced in my life and ignoring a customer for three days is inexcusable! We signed a loan and the work was never completed and they will no contact us to settle the issues.

    We promptly agreed to remove the insulation portion from your loan and clearly communicated that you would only be billed for the *** (Main Panel Upgrade) nothing else. You also confirmed that you wanted to proceed with the *** installation, and we honored that request.
    To be clear: You will not be charged for any insulation work.
    If you no longer wish to keep the *** either, please let us know as soon as possible. We are more than willing to work with you to ensure the matter is resolved fairly.

    **** ALERT! My sister and I entered into an agreement with Dynamic SLR in June 2024 for solar panels on our home. We were told the panels would practically eliminate our electric bill. And if we did have a bill, our credits from the solar panels' production would cover it. So far, all LIES! Our panels have never produced an overage and now we are stuck paying a $277 solar bill plus the electric bill, which can range anywhere from $137-$500! Trying to get someone to help with this issue is like pulling teeth. And when we do speak with someone, they have to get with "management" to see what our options are and will call us back. Then there is no call-back. The representative that met us at our home initially said Dynamic would make sure we were not in a situation where the panels were not producing enough energy. He spoke about the small company being family-oriented and Christian-based. I guess they will say anything to make the sale. In September as we began to be charged for the panels, someone tells us the number of panels needed was underestimated. Whose fault is that?!? Not ours! There is NO WAY we should be stuck with a 25-year commitment for a system that CAN'T meet our needs AND an electric bill that isn't any lower than it would be if we didn't have the panels. We want out! Come get your panels Dynamic.

    During a storm in May 2023, one of the solar panels was raised due to the tornado. I took pictures and emailed them to Dynamic. I also called multiple times. My request was to have someone come back out and adjust it. I was told that the panels are functioning properly so there was no need for anyone to come out. Okay fine. Fast forward to the recent snow storm. The inside of my home now has water damage directly underneath the damaged solar panel. Ive called multiple times and cannot get a hold of anyone. No one returns your calls but just emails you to tell you theyre looking into it.

    Since the last message, the problem has been resolved. Someone came out to fix the leak inside the attic and painted the inside of the bedroom ceiling where the water stain was.

    Sales *** came to give a free in home inspection for energy efficiency. I previously used a program where they insulated the attic, updated weather stripping and etc. I ask if this was similar as was told yes. Then they offered new windows, and ac unit, but I must get solar. We talked, I entertained numbers and conversation, (BIG MISTAKE). Kept assuring nothing was going to be charged to me. They scheduled an appointment to have my roof looked at. I tried to cancel but they salesman refused to cancel and sent the guy anyways. Charged me $1500 because I decided I didnt want solar panels. Manager asked to speak with my *** when I said it didnt benefit me. He said he would talk to the *** and if it didnt make sense I wouldnt be charged. Yet Im still being charged. They will bully you into either getting solar or paying fees. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR. Regardless of my no solicitation sign they still knock

    I was contacted by Dynamic SLR by phone a couple days before October 1, 2024. They stated on the phone that they were offering incentives to improve home efficiency due to Centerpoint trying to reduce the load on the grid after Hurricane *****. I specifically asked what they were selling, they assured me that they were not selling things and that they were working with Centerpoint to reduce the load on the grid by improving home efficiency. Upon arriving, they looked around my home. Then they sat down and presented solar panels and loan options. I verbally said I can't unfreeze my credit and I will not be able to at this time. The individual left my home and I received a letter dated October 13, 2024 that I was denied a credit application for a loan that I never authorized a pull for.This company is using predatory techniques to trick consumers into purchasing solar and having hard inquiries made to credit reports without express written or signed consent.

There has been no response back from that phone call or email that I sent to them.     I purchased solar panels from ADT solar in April of 2022, Dynamic slr wa sthe comany that installed the panels and the issue is with the instalation which is guaranteed. SHortly after they were installed my electric bill started going up. My thinking that summer is coming so the increase in bill did not alarm me. Come to te end of the summer my bill was more than what it was before solar panels were installed. I called the company and ask them to come out and check the install and seeif there is anything wrong. Their reponse was to look at the production of the solar panels and say that everything was ok that they did not need a truck call. In the mean time my electric bill continues to be higher than pre solar and the answer never changes. here recently i called emphase which now manages the warranty for the componets not the panels the panels are warranted by the manufacture. the agent told me yes that the panels are working correctly but there seems to be something wrong with the connection as i am using power from the grid as well as from my panels at the same time which should not be happening. I am currectly using between 6-7 k ***** of power every month when th average house my siz e should be using between ***** k *****. The advise from enphase is to get Dynamic out to check and make sure it is hooked up properly. I clled them shortly after ***** and there answer was the same ang that they did not need to send a tech to my house. I explained what the tech from emphase told me and included the email from them. I have also called Centerpoint and had them check the meter itslef, the results were that the meter is fine. I tryed to call them agian and they donot answer it rings for a while and sends me to voice male. I have also been peomised to be called back on serval occasions and they never have. I have asked to be transfered to their tech department which they say that they are not allowed to due. I know that thier is something wrong.

    This company is scamming people to sell solar. They are promising an "Energy Audit" - which sounds very enticing. Except that the audit is no more than a personal visit by a salesperson. They are not doing any type of scientific inspection. They are vague about what they do. I believe older people may fall victim to this so I wanted to tell people to proceed with caution.

    We got solar 1 year ago but we were still getting electric bills. Dynamic solar came back and told us we needed more panels because we were not producing enough to cover the charges. We signed that loan to get more panels and energy efficient windows believing we would not be getting an electric bill. Fast forward to this day, and still getting electric bill even encore delivery fees. Because I was told I'd be banking credits right and left there was no way I would be getting an electric bill. Now I am over $100,000 dollars in debt between the 2 sets of panels and the windows with loan payments of over $500 a month and a high electric bills. The amount of fabrications, exaggerations, and flat out lies we were told is going to cost us 10s of thousands. If we were going to lose our butts on just a poor personal decision I would accept it. But losing them because of blatant overstatement and promises of this company is borderline criminal. I have contacted customer service over 6 times talking to ****** and ***** but everyone promises they will look into it and call me back but no one has. My frustration level is very high and want answers or I will have no choice but to seek answers another way.Business response

    This company's door to door salesman keeps coming to my house uninvited posing as a government utility official to get me to answer the door for a "grid problem", he is very aggressive and angry from the moment he walks up and even worse when I don't answer the door. I am honestly just scared of this employee and would like for this company to leave me alone and never come to my property again.     A sales representative of this company knocked on my door in March 2021 to install solar panels. Offered to do a free assessment to tell me the price and how much they could save on electric bills. I signed off on what he told me was an agreement to get a survey done, but in actuality it was a contract. I was never told a price so I don't know how I could agree to a contract. When the assessment and survey was done, I informed I did not want to move forward and they told me I had to pay $5000 to cancel. I was also promised they would cover any relocation cost and repair any damage to my roof. I moved forward with the purchased after being painted into a corner. It is now 3 years later and I am purchasing a new house. I called about the relocation service only to find out that isn't covered. They would do it but it would be over $10,000 to do so. Also, they said the promised to cover any roof damages only applies to installation, and after being removed, I would be responsible for paying for the replacement of my roof, because EVERY time the panels are removed, it requires a roof replacement.I found out the salesman also records without consent when entering a house. I requested to get the recording so I could replay the lies and promises broken but the company said they would check to see if they had it but they probably don't.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business is in contact with me; however, they are ignoring the main issue. I, along with many other of their customers, have been tricked, threatened, and lied to in order for us to get us locked into a contract we did not want/expect. Classic bait and switch. I was showed a presentation on an iPad by the sales *** who would scroll to the bottom rapidly while "summarizing" and then told me to sign here to start the process of a "free assessment". That free assessment cost me almost $50,000 + me needing to ***air my roof prior to the sale of my house + $10-15k for them to do the relocation service (that I was also told was free), + future cost on roof ***airs and moving services if I move from my new home in the next 20 years. Fun fact: It was also sprung on me that in order to have the privilege to pay them $15k on a service I was told was free, on a system I did not want, that I also need to pay off my loan in its entirety before doing so.

    I will update this if the company stops victim blaming and side stepping and actually does make amends. In the meantime I would suggest that no one does business with this company, if you do, don't sign anything or take their word at face value.

    My favorite responses from the company so far include: you can make a claim of hail damage on your roof to help cover the cost of the relocation services, why didn't you just read the contract and, we do cover damage done to your roof - of course! BUT only if that damage was caused during the installation - not the removal.
