    They took over a year to complete a solar patio install. They failed their inspections multiple times. They took another 4 months after completing the initial installation to actually activate everything. Now, they claim we aren't in a covered area and can't fix anything that goes wrong. I'd really like to cancel my loan if I could. Terrible company1

As your installation was completed over three years ago, it falls outside of this warranty period.     A guy called 2 say they were allocated money from the government 2 help *** whose solar companies went under. They would check out the system and fix minor issues. All they did was try and sell me 12 more panels upon arrival using ******** as their backer or financer.

    This company cold calls you then pressures you into conversations about energy audits in a way that makes it sound like it's a requirement from the state. I told them in separate calls that I wasn't interested in anything and yet they showed up to my house after 8pm on a Wednesday ringing my doorbell & upsetting my dogs! ********* sales tactics. Horrible.

    They call multiple times a day. I NEVER GAVE THEM MY NUMBER. It is disrupting my very busy workday. They need to stop cold calling folks who aren't interested in their services. At this point, it is harassment.

    They called me and impersonated a city official. Not even just a scummy sales pitch, they said "Hello, this is X** calling from the city of X** public works department" and said they were coming out to do a mandatory inspection. Very odd, and I already reported it to the city. It's definitely meant to scam the elderly or anyone afraid of being fined by the city.

    Very deceptive sales methods. Pretends to be an energy audit associated with ***** but really just a cover for a sales pitch. All information given is verbal, no documentation of any sort.Then all of a sudden at the end of the pitch you are presented with a loan agreement to sign. This is before you even receive a detailed proposal. It is explained that this is needed as a show of interest before they do all the analysis. A very slick and polished sales presentation designed to deflect any questions and lead you down the path to sign the loan agreement. I don't know what happens after that. I refused to sign and the salesman quickly left.

    Despite requesting that this company doesnt come to my house, they still sent people. The guy who ignored the signs saying no soliciting was a liar, claiming to work for the City and wouldnt answer my questions. He also lied about the reason for not having credentials or a permit, claiming it was his first day. He had no business cards, nothing! When he got his boss on the phone his boss said well he took a break and is back so the story doesnt add up. Regardless, the guy was an awful liar. He was clearly incompetent, which is a reflection of the company and its values.The company has some decent reviews. Interestingly, these geniuses have employees who left 5 star reviews using the same name they have on public profiles verifying they are employees of Dynamic SLR. The deceitful tactics are obvious. They harass people, spread lies, and make fraudulent claims.Know your rights before ever giving these people the time of day. And for the record, the only reason the door was answered when they showed up is because I was expecting a package and thought it was a delivery person.After being told not to come back, we noticed the dynamic SLR car parked in front of our house for over an hour and taking pictures/videos of our home/neighbors homes. Not a good feeling is it?Finally, dynamic - dont even bother responding to me asking me to call you. Im not interested in your deceit. The cops will be called if you come to my property again.
