    The main reason for this complaint is that according to Code Sections 604A. 0021 and 604A, the ***** ******************* prohibit a seller from charging a fee when a buyer uses a credit or debit card as payment. They told me that if I paid cash the price is one thing, but if I pay with a credit card I have to pay a +3% fee. I paid with a credit card and was charged a fee. I also have a feeling this business may be into other shady activities. For example: The window where you pay is a one way mirror so theres no way of seeing what theyre doing behind the counter with your personal documents/information and/or knowing if theyre making copies of your personal documents to keep/sell for fraudulent purposes. They wouldnt release the vehicle unless I emailed them a copy of my insurance. They wouldnt accept a paper copy or the one I have on my phone.

    My car was wrongly towed. This business refused to release my car to me without payment of $170.

    We are just a storage facility for the towing company. Once a vehicle is placed in our storage lot by a towing company, we can only release it for the price the towing company and state regulates. We do not have the authority to release any vehicle for free as we are not the towing company and cannot waive that fee without their consent.

    I am rejecting this response because my car was wrongfully towed and I was charged an exorbitant amount to get it back.
