I had surgery at this facility in May 2022. I paid 100% of my balance due to them about 2 weeks ago. On Monday morning, 6/20/22, I was looking at my checking account online and saw that Park Central Surgical Center STOLE $1,256.51 out of my checking account. I did not authorize in any way for them to have access to my account and take any of my money. I immediately called their billing office and spoke with ****. She looked at my account and said they were in the wrong for taking my money. It was their mistake. She said they would immediately put my money back into my account. I waited 48 hours and I still did not have any of my money back. I called their billing office again on Wednesday morning, 6/22/22 and spoke with ******* She said, oh no it takes at least 5-7 working days before I get my money back. I asked to speak to her manager, and she said she spoke to her, ******* I told her I will come by their office to pick up a check for my $1,256.51 that they STOLE and then I could go deposit it back into my account. She said no, I could not come to their office and checks are mailed from out of state anyway. I told her they stole every penny out of my checking account, as I now have a negative balance. There will be insufficient funds fees that will be taken out of my account and I said they will have to reimburse me for these fees, as none of this is my fault. I WAS ROBBED. Now, I do not have any money to buy gas, groceries, medicine, food, etc. They stole all my money. It is now Thursday afternoon, 6/23/22 and I still do not have any of my money back from them. THEY WON'T HELP ME - THEY WON'T FIX THEIR "MISTAKE". Never, ever were they given my permission to gain access to my checking account. THEY STOLE MY MONEY.
