  5/8/2025 We attended a seminar for exiting a timeshare in mid-January in ********, **, where we spoke with **** *******. After having an evening to discuss the opportunity to exit our timeshare, we entered into an agreement and began the process. As of May 6, we are no longer timeshare owners. We were told that the average timeframe we might be looking at would probably be six-18 months; but our process only took about four months. The communication we had with Tradebloc during these months has been professional and prompt. If we had questions, we emailed them and got quick responses. We also always answered emails/requests within 24 business hours. This process cost a few thousand dollars, some on the front end (to Tradebloc), and some at the end (to the timeshare company); but it was worth it. Our vacation needs and timeshare availability changed over the years, so we needed to exit. We had an excellent experience with this organization and highly recommend Tradebloc for timeshare exit processes. It is worth noting that we had contacted another timeshare exit company which advertises quite a bit, and they actually told us they hadnt had much luck with our ********* organization and declined taking our business, so we are very excited that Tradebloc took care of us in this matter.******* and ***** ********

  ***DO NOT RECOMMEND***STAY AWAY. ******************. DID NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. TOOK OUR $5,495 AND DELIVERED NOTHING. SAID TO STOP PAYING OUR TIMESHARE MAINTENANCE FEES IMMEDIATELY, PROMISED TO GET US OUT OF TIMESHARE WITHIN 18 MONTHS OR THEY WOULD REFUND ALL OUR MONEY. THAT IS A LIE. SAID THEY WOULD ENSURE OUR CREDIT SCORE WOULD NOT BE HARMED. IT WAS. THEY LIED TO TAKE OUR $5,495 ALL WE RECEIVED IS BAD CREDIT MARKS AND DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE. NOW WE CANNOT REACH THEM ON THE PHONE. ONLY RECORDINGS AND VOICEMAILS. FILING WITH ************************ AND BBB IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS FRAUD AND CORRUPTION *** IT'S FINEST. (OUR Score dropped from 840 to 600s.) THIS IS CRIMINAL!

  I attended a Tradebloc Inc meeting to seek help in getting out of our timeshare. Our yearly dues were only $340, so when *******, a Tradebloc employee, stated that ******* was buying our resort and our dues would increase to $1900 we decided to sign up with the company, this was only a scare tactic. Later ***** ***** used another scare tactic and we paid another $1500.We followed all of the guidelines by not contacting or making any payments to the timeshare. On page 4 of the contract it states if after 18 months they have not terminated the timeshare agreement Tradebloc will refund the full amount you paid them. and it was signed by the CEO *** *****.I filled out a refund request form and they are refusing to refund our $5,350. I'm 78 years old and always paid my bills with a FICO score of 820, we were turned over to collection, our credit score dropped to 708.I just want to warn others who are trying to get rid of your timeshare, to be aware of the way Tradebloc uses scare tactics to get your money and do very little to follow through on resolving the issue.I've never contacted the BBB but feel this is very important and we want our MONEY Back, as I said I'm 78 and my wife is 76 with poor health, we need our refund.***** G

  We hired TradeBloc to get us out of a timeshare in *********. The timeshare was not as advertised, and unusable to us. TradeBloc communicated with us each step in the process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We had a few *** and downs when their deals fell through with buyers, but they followed through and ensured we did not pay any extra money during the process. We had 2 maintenance dues during the process and they handled them. Our experience was great and I highly recommend spending the money on them to get out from under useless "ownership" money-*****!

  Recently my *********** used Tradebloc Inc to get out of our timeshare !! We went to a presentation in *****, **, heard their presentation, decided to follow thru !! Although skeptical of these companies, Tradebloc lived up to everything presented !! Only thing not discussed was the extra fee to do title work later in the transaction !! Although skeptical at the start, Tradebloc Inc was able to get us out of our timeshare in less than the allotted time they presented at presentation !! We are thoroughly happy with **************************** work to get us out of our timeshare !! 2 THUMBS UP !!

  I was hesitant to sign on with Tradebloc. (My husband and I had used another "exit company" and after five years and several thousand dollars, we still owned our timeshare.) I'm so glad I decided to take the plunge! The folks at Tradebloc were wonderful (dare I say "persistent") about communication. I probably slowed things down with my less than speedy responses to their requests, but they still got me unshackled in about four months! Amazing! Free at last! Free at last! What a relief!

  I admit I was skeptical about whether Tradebloc would be able to get us out of our timeshare. The meeting I attended was kind of hard sell (ironically like a timeshare meeting), but I decided to pursue it anyways because we were just going to continue to lose money as we basically didnt use our timeshare at all due to health issues that developed shortly after we bought it. Its far from painless as you have to spend money to get out, but finally we are free of it and wont have to worry about it anymore. Its and expensive ******* for sure, but hopefully were finally free.

  My wife and I bought out first timeshare in ******* approximately 8 years ago, and were happy with the value received and the ability to use it when we wished, so we bought another in ************, and another, after being lured in by the promise of a huge number of points. Shortly after this, we found we couldn't access any of the condos we were promised we could use in their inventory, without upping the ante again and becoming higher value members, when we finally and foolishly wound up with 5 timeshares total. At this point, our focus was to vacation in ***************** where promises were made and never kept. When we first realized how badly we were being financially beaten up, and received no satisfaction or compromise by the uncaring timeshare company, we attended a seminar by a company offering to help us escape this stranglehold and neverending growth of fees, and found they wanted a large fee for their services, which frankly I didn't trust. We took one more attempt at trying to find a way out of our dilemma by attending a seminar with Tradebloc, whose presenter was very clear and concise describing how these outfits operate, by misleading you into first getting a specific week for your own timeshare, then rolling into floating weeks, then into points which are very difficult to turn into usage. We were impressed with the professionalism and care of the Tradebloc organization, signed on, and finally found an honest and competent group to represent our interests. Through their attorneys and followup personnel, we managed to free ourselves of this burden, and as of yesterday were informed that it's over; all contracts and timeshare obligations have been erased, and we can use the fees we were paying for our own travel and destination wishes. Thank you again, Tradebloc, for keeping the faith. We truly appreciate your guidance and commitment to service by all of your professional and kind staff, you're great!!

  Tradebloc did what they said they would do. It took about 9 months to get the job done but it was well worth it. We got rid of the timeshares that we had only used about 9 times that we had owned them and we don't have to pay anymore maintenance fees. that was going up almost every year. Our kids don't have to worry about the fees because it will not be passed on to them.
