    I went to business to have a tire replaced and and a tire plugged. The man that serviced me forgot to put a bolt on my tire and I had to remind hime about it. 2 days later my tire light for my TPMS system came on and said it was a malfunction. When I went back to have the issue fixed the same person advised i never had a tire pressure sensor. He pulled the two tires off again and showed me it was missing. I have had this car for over 5 years and paid off and never had this issue. When I advised he removed my sensors he advised I never had them, and I did. My sensors is what lead m to go get a new tire in the first place. When I ask to speak to the manager he told me "Get your ass out of here and never come back." The other two sensors on my remaining tires are there and are only missing on the tires I had fixed by the business. I would like a full refund of $90 for fixing my tires and I would like the funds to purchase the 2 sensors they stole off my tires so i can have my tire pressures sensors back on my vehicle.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/11/07) */ She states that we stole her tire pressure sensors. She did come in for repair and replacement. We did that. She came back because her tire light came back on. She said it was a malfunction in her TPMS System. She was looking to see a sensor in the wheel, but that sensor is in the Shocks for her car. We showed her that there were no sensors there. We pulled off the other two tires (not the ones we worked on) to show here there were not sensors there, but she kept insisting. She keeps insisting the other sensors are there, but again, on this kind of car, they are not on the tire, but is a message sent from the shocks. After we proved this to her, she kept insisting to the point we just wanted her to leave because she was not going accept what we were telling her. After 25 years in business, without complaints, we have no reason to start. She was asked to leave because she kept accusing us of taking her sensors. We have no reason to steal her sensors. We have no need for them. I hope this is a sufficient response to this situation. We do not plan to reimburse her for replacement of sensors that do not exist.
