            I've been instructed to fund an ******* deposit to this company for a home I'm buying. There is no way for me to do so, because they don't have a way for me to make the payment. (They refuse ACH) I, as the buyer, cannot wire money nor obtain a cashiers or personal check, as my bank does not offer these. They have no information or resources online and no way to find answers outside of M-F 8am to 4pm. This doesn't work for me, as I work these hours and I cannot find a resolution. I have the funds needed, but this business essentially won't take them. I need them to take the money to be paid for my house- I can transfer the money immediately, but via ach or cash.

            Chicago Title Loan was not professional. The staff at the Overland Park location treat me as if I was not a person. The company needs to learn cultural competency. My money was snatched out of my hand by staff, and was impatient with me when I asked a question. His boss was disrespectful as well. The process was not a great experience especially since this was my first time buying as house. I would recommend a minority family to another title company if possible. I would never recommend them, and when I refinance I will be going with another company if possible.
