    This company conducts illegal towing practices. They tow my vehicle despite being registered with the apartment complex.

    I got the paperwork earlier today I was told ****** before 12am I got there at 8:58 I called at 7:45 they made it there at 9;30 the lady came in said after 9 they charge more I received paperwork and talk to a lady this morning . Then my car wouldn't start he said give me 40 dollars cash to start it Geneis M was so disrespectful and her husband this place needs to be shut down they rip off but I definitely taken this to downtown ********** and last time they broke the rod on the tire this will not be last of this the tow address is ********************************************* this place needs to be shut down.

    They towed my car it was registered in timely manner but no license number Ive done it before cause I didnt know the number now they towed my vehicle and messed up my front line and car door

    This company is currently abusing its privilege as a towing company and targeting individuals on a greedy and merciless registration program that once youre not eligible or your parking timer expires they will reap your vehicle from its parking spot. I wish for the owner of this business to a recognize the his company is exercising an immoral business practice and correct it immediately, we dont need any more beards towing companies or any predatory towing company in this city. We have enough degeneracy moving into the state already.

    I was towed today by Matador Towing LLC from an apt complex where there was no signage to who or who could not park there, I have been parking there for 5 years plus and never had an issue, this is a complete scam, luckily I caught them before they left and for $138.50 they gave it back. I don't make a lot of money and now this is an issue to paying my own bills. Its sad that people try to take advantage of other people

    My vehicle was towed from an Apartment Complex even though it was Registered and still within the time limit to be on Property. When registering the vehicle one of the letters was transposed but when registering you have to enter the type of vehicle ie **** Mustang. My plate is QLR4L, the registration typo was QRL4L. The driver towed the car anyway. It was towed at 7:36p 8/14/2024 but the registration didnt expire until 11:04p 8/14/2024.Matador Towing ********************** ********************************************* I paid $337.54

    Towing company picked up vehicle that was registered as requested by building. After confirming this with the building management the towing company asked for proof which was submitted. However when I went to collect back my vehicle they refused to let it out without payment and all of a sudden they could not reach their manager. I had to pay $320+ to get my car out otherwise they would have charged more for storage !

    They illegally towed my car saying that it wasnt registered on the portal but it was because I did it on August 10, 2023 when I moved in the apartments at The ******************************* I had to spend $324 to get my car out of the impound And Im still trying to get my money back because it was illegally towed Mexican lady she was kind of young at the towing company was very rude. Its the ********** towing company and I am still waiting to talk to corporate.

    Mandator Towing has wrongfully impounded my car when I showed them proof of how I registered my car. On the same day and I had enter the wrong plate then went back on the same day and applied the correct plate which I have email proof. The manager of the tow company will not release my car after being park in my correct carport for 5 months. ******** the owner of this madator Towing will not release my car and trying force me to pay over $300 to get my car.

    Unauthorized towing and my apartment. Towed my car on May 7th stating that I did not have online registration or a parking permit, and management authorized the towing. Management has been on vacation and has stated they do not have a tow company for this property. Management spoke to the tow company and the company wanted me to come pick up my car or take two hours to bring it back, making me late for employment. They had no right to tow and did this illegally according to the fact that they are not the apartments towing company.
