      Ovago is a dishonorable company. The customer svc *** booked me into non-reclining seats after charging me $200 for premium seats. The customer service *** ********** refused to refund my money stating that she couldnt find a recording of said conversation so no refund was allowed by Ovago. Im out $200 due to an Ovago mistake.

      Bait and switch scam! Buyer beware! We lost out on $2500 because of an itinerary change scam! It wasnt until I went to check in for our flight that I noticed our return date had changed by 4 days! Why fly to ****** if you are only there for a few days?! Because our tickets are non-refundable we lose out on our trip.I received multiple emails about an itinerary change and it was always the times slightly off which is common and no big deal. Then someone called me and said there was an itinerary change that I could accept or my ticket was cancelled. I looked at the new times and accepted the changes but never saw that they changed the DATE by four days! After 8 hours of calling and continuously being promised a call back by the person assigned to me, but never receiving a call from her, I was told there are no options to return on the date we booked our original tickets. I was also told that the flight wasnt offered that day. Yet it is. The original flights I booked through Ovago are still available through the carrier and have seats!Why if I bought my tickets FOUR months ago would my ticket need to change if the flight is still offered and has open seats?! A special trip that I saved for so long for with my daughters is ruined. I hope this helps protect other people not get sucked into saving $150 only to lose $2500.This was my previous post on ****** and it feels like it was all the build up to the scam- this first resolution took many hours and lead me to trust them. Its a constant battle of changes and having to pay more because of their vague communication.Ovago had great customer service and helped me when a miscommunication happened until it was fully resolved. I would definitely work with them again!

      The Travel Outlet of Virginia, LLC, DBA **** *****, claims to know where and how to get exactly what our clients want. Based on my experience, this is further from the truth. I purchased a ticket to ***** through them, traveling on ITA in Premium Economy.The worst of **** ***** surfaced when I faced an urgent need to change my return flight due to a medical emergency. My wife suffered multiple complex fractures in her right hand while I was in a remote village in *****. **** ***** was shockingly unhelpful, bureaucratic, and lacking in basic human empathy.With late return options offered by **** *****, I had to buy a separate return ticket. Upon return, I initiated a refund request. What followed was nothing short of a deliberate runaround, lasting about four weeks. I summarize this ordeal as follows: oAran ***** falsely assured me that I would receive a refund for my return ticket.oThey initially asked for a medical certificate, which I provided.oThen a marriage certificate- despite my wifes passport listing me as her husband.oEven after complying with requests, the refund was denied.oI asked **** *****, how often passengers fabricate medical emergencies and relationships just to claim a refund. Why is a government-issued passport, which explicitly confirms marital status, not considered sufficient proof?Given Aran Grants failure to deliver on commitments, I seriously doubt that they will be my choice for future travel. I do not recommend **** ***** to others considering their gross misrepresentation of the facts to the airline. **** ***** offered a $50 travel voucher to be used as a discount on the next trip, If you reconsider your rating and support our company with a better review, the travel voucher will be validated and added to your account. It is appalling that **** ***** would have the audacity to ask me for a better review.

      Over the past twenty years, I have typically purchased airline tickets from *********** or directly from major airlines. While there are many ticket-selling websites on the internet, most are unreliable. I initially hesitated to use ***** due to its poor ****** ********** November 2024, I booked an international ticket for my mother. Unfortunately, her health took a turn in January, and we had to cancel the trip. The ticket was non-refundable, but I decided to reach out to OVAGO.com, hoping for a possible solution.From the customer service representative to ******, who personally handled my case, everyone was incredibly understanding and professional. ****** directly contacted the airline and, within just two days, provided a very reasonable and satisfactory resolution. I truly appreciate his effort and dedication.Because of this positive experience, I am giving OVAGO.com the highest rating on ****** Reviews. This is a trustworthy company, and I highly recommend their service.

      It seems to me that this website is a total scam. I cannot believe that ****** flights even lists their services. DO NOT BOOK WITH OVAGO. They will call and tell you there has been price increases after you've already paid and ask you to pay the entire amount over again. So many red flags. Just book through the airline.

      Terrible experience. The Travel Outlet of Virginia, LLC DBA ARANGRANT made a mistake on my departure city. Instead of correcting it they want to keep $460 charged for the wrong departure city ticket. When I raised the claim for a refund they cancelled the ticket with the correct departure city and approved date and issued an invoice for $4500 for a new ticket. So they have almost USD$7K of my money and still have not issued a ticket I can use, plus insist in keeping $460 for a ticket with an error caused by their agent (documented!)Stay away!

      Terrible experience with these guys. I booked flights with them for a round trip BOS-KRK(krakow ******) and back. The first side of the journey was good, no problems. The return portion had connections that were at different airports. Those details were not available when i bought the trip plan. I called Ovago customer support to try and get some help but they proceeded to blame the problem on me and refused to correct the issue. I have never been so disappointed by a companies customer support network the way i was by Ovago. Do not do business with them!!!

      Ovago is worthliest. Cant offer one bit of help in correcting a mistake. The wait to get a response is terrible. **************** is rude with no info or authirization to do anything. Will not work or fight for you. Disappointing.

      OVAGO isn't safe to buy airline ticket. It's a dubious third party agency for buying airline ticket. I bought a round trip airline ticket from them. Only to found out that there was changes in my return leg of the trip. The connecting flight for my return was changed, such that I will not be able to meet up with the second leg of the trip back to the **. I called on OVAGO to find an alternative route, but proved abortive. I was stranded for a day and left with no choice, but to buy a one way ticket with another airline for my trip back to the **. I requested for a refund of the return leg of my trip back to the **, but was played for two months back and forth, and up till now, I haven't heard anything from OVAGO. Please, stay away from using OVAGO. The website itself is a scam.
