  My son found a car he like so he was willing to trade his cash car dodge charger for a newer model so when we ger there hes ask do he have 2000 more he can give with the trade in no was the answer so the bring out these old ********* vehicles Im like no them are not what he wants so they say if you select this one 2005 Altima in 4 months we can get in tin the newer charger you like car breaks down AW we will fix it weeks later oh we wouldnt want to put you back in that car do you have 2000 for another vehicle depending on what you have pulls out old ***** old Altima ripped up seats high miles. No thank you just give me the car back. Now they dont want to give me the car but wants me to pay for it. Smh worst place ever

  The customers son financed a vehicle with us in August 2024. A few months later, they expressed interest in trading it in for a different model. We offered several trade-in options based on the available financing and inventory, but unfortunately, those options did not meet their expectations.
  We understand that vehicle preference is important, and while we strive to provide as many choices as possible, we are also limited by financing qualifications and current inventory. We remain happy to work with the customer if they wish to revisit trade-in possibilities or explore other solutions.

  Worse car lot you could ever go to. I bought a car from them 2 weeks later I had more problems than a baby learning how to walk. They are beyond rude and the main manager of this company is never seen EVER nor will you ever get to talk to him. All the workers who pick up the phone say they are managers. They all say you signed a as is contract (thats how they get you) Im definitely going to the news to warn people about this lot. They shouldnt be in business. Take my advice RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. All they care about is the money they dont care about the customers. They tell you about the shade tree mechanic they have up there that Knows nothing except how to change brakes and oil. They have people doing fake check stubs lying to the banks! They sold me a car for ****** but it needs ****** worth of work. The owner goes and gets cars from a auction that sells broke down vehicles that the lot didnt want to deal with. As long as they crank and looks like itll sell he will get it. My car cut off on the freeway and my kids and I almost got hit and died. This car has ran hot and has 16 computer module issues. I had to pay to get the hard codes that they tried to erase out the system. They tell you the cars are checked by the mechanic before you buy but then they say we just got that car in so we dont know nothing about it after you call to make the complaints. They wont swap you out to another car unless you pay MORE MONEY and 10/10 the next car you get TRASH! They tell you they report to the credit bureaus but thats a lie too! THEY DO NOT REPORT! They sell your account after 30 days to someone else without saying anything! These people are scammers if you dont pay the note off they take the car and just resell it to someone else and the repeat continues! All these poor people who work hard for they money to get a car to go to work etc. are prayed on by these people. The business is not good for the economy. Please investigate this company bbb.

  This place is very dishonest, doesn't deliver on its promises, not follow state laws. Buyer, PLEASE BEWARE!! My son purchased a car from this company and put $3000 dollars down on an old 2016 Altima, he was there all day and got approved by a bank, but my son never left the lot with a car!!!! They told him the car wasn't ready to come get the car the next morning. My son went back the next later in the day to give them time to get the car ready. My son gets there and they tell him the car isn't ready to come back the next again. My son being patient leaves and comes back on the third day, and they tell him the car still isn't ready. At that moment my son told no don't want the car and for them to cancel the loan and return his $3000 back!!! Now mind you there is a state law in ***** that you have 3 days to change your mind and cancel the loan. The seller must tell the buyer that they have the right to The will not and refuse to give my son his money back. He had to dispute with his bank.

  Wish I could give them zero stars. I'm sorry too anyone who has gotten a car here. I don't know how they are still in business. Salesman put me in a car that needs $20,000 worth of work per ******* on top of the ridiculous finance charges another $25,000. I got the car on July 22 noway I messed up a transmission, cal converter, and steering arm.. The warranty company that comes with the car is the biggest joke EVER . It's taking them a month to approve a claim, nobody notes the acct when you call so there goes accountability, and they have absolutely no remorse for putting you in junk cars and charging brand new car prices. Do yourself a favor and buy good walking shoes until you can get a car somewhere else.. I pay my note weeks before due and more than what's due, so I'm not the issue.

  By far the worse car dealership I have ran across and I didn't even get a car from them. Long story short they scammed my wife out of over $10,000. They seen someone who was desperate and straight screwed her which made it harder on her. This car lot should NOT be in business and these people should NOT have a job. They are scammers and have the nerve the talk shit about customers behind their back. Tried to get the number to corporate but they don't seem to want to give it to me. Will definitely be taking them to court so my wife can get every penny back from them. Hope they get put out of business and I don't wish that on my people at all but they are the worse I've ever came across

  This business scammed me out of $1933.00. On 05/07/2022 I put down payment down on a 2012 Infinite for 22k. I gave them $1933.00 in cash and $950.00 in apply pay. I was able to get the $950.00 back (only because I was able to reverse the funds), however they are refusing to give back the rest of the down payment. I decided that the car was to much and I did not want the car. And I also felt like this dealership was using unfair and deceptive tactics to force me to buy a car. I never signed the official contract and the manager refused to return my down payment. I attempted to start the refund claim, however the manager refused to start the process because I did not have an actual copy of my Identification. The manager was willing to let me drive off the lot with the car without an actual Id, so I find it very odd that I could not start the refund policy. I was told that I would have to take them to court in order to get my money back. This business is a scam, and theirs cars are not worth the sales prices. After reading many reviews, I see that they have scammed many others.
