    Yes, I have been making payments on a truck for the past 4 years at $35000. I made my last payment on June the 28th 2024. The dealership told me that my title would be ready on July 3rd . I called on July, the fifth. They said they still do not have my title ready. Today is now July The eighth and they still do not have a title for this truck . Can somebody please help me get ahold of the title for this truck, Or get my money back, please. I would really rather have the title to this truck.

    6.2.23 I went to the business to explain why I wouldnt be able to make my car note payment.If we dont keep contact you car turns off and stays off till payment is made.I was told during signing as long as you keep contact with us we will work with you on your payment situation.She informed me to get in contact with manager to have on record that I tried to contact manager.No response.6.3.23 I go to work without a worry since I took care of keeping in contact with businesses about my payment.At 2:30/3pm my car locks and doesnt turn on anymore.Called the dealership. Explained my case to ******. He said there isnt much he can do, Id have to wait for one of his coworkers to get back.Informed that this is during my lunch and I have to go back to work.Replied and said just talk to you manager that you wont be able to go back.(What kind of customer service is this?)I didnt make my payment and your best response ok sir keep missing more work and see how you can pay for the car note? Then he proceeded to laugh at whats going on over the phone Called him out on it as to why he is laughing and kept saying its just the situation youre in is all sir. So even after I keep my end of the deal youre just going to laugh over the phone?He said their is nothing I can do to just wait in your car till she gets back from lunch to see if she can resolve this So now Im 30 min from home in a hot car in the Texas sun sweating and dying of thirst.Waiting for a call back.If you guys can can I please got some assistance with this company Ive been dealing with this since the beginning and been really patient with them but theyre now being very rude, unprofessional, and bad customer service
