      So i purchased a 2012 *********benz from a guy named ***** that works at the car lot by the name of bw autos dallas first i wanna start by saying when i got there he seemed to be such a nice guy everyone did but unfortunately they just wanted your money which the down payment was $1500 which he was only willing to take $650 which im not sure if thats enough to drive off the lot without the full down payment , neither here or there so fast foward i started having tire issues after i paid him the rest of the money i contacted him immediately he answered and said he would contact the mechanic and cal me back **** HE never called back its like he brushed it off i called again to make sure still no luck fast foward again he stopped RESPONDING to me completely ... till this day which is the day i am writing this ( Sunday , March 5th 2023 ) so yesterday ( Saturday , March 4th 2023 ) i was out delivering orders and i turned the heat on and not even 5 minutes the car started smoking from the dash board , burning my eyes the car caught on fire on the passenger side underneath the glove department which was the side i was sitting on a bag that was already on the floor busted into flamesss burning the car up and melting my air vents part of my roof my seat , everything that was in the glove department i called the ambulance and everybody else . they came out sprayed the car just for them too tell me it was a electrical issue , when everything was burning up comes to find out the BLOWER MOTOR WAS MELTED ASWELL IT LOOKED ***** AND LOTS AND LOTS OF DUST THE *** VENTS WERE EVEN BENT IN THE INSIDE ! I CONTACTED THEM ofc outside of buisness hrs ! but ***** has always even before finishing making payments has responded to me outside of normal buisness hrs so i was confused ! i wrote him about my concerns the so called " personal assistant " texted from his phone and said he was on vacation and didnt seem too concerned that was sketchy . should have just listened to the bad reviews .

      I bought the car about 3 weeks ago, the car broke down 2 hours from me buying it. I contacted the show we scheduled a town to get it fixed I took it there for 6 hours they claimed they changed tires oil and fixed mechanical electrical problem but never did an now won't fix the car so need help the car is 2008 if falls under the lemon law and you can't sell a car like this

      Date of transaction was November 19th 2022. Bought a 2013 Mazda cx-9. Car had no known issues. Completely ran before getting for 45 mins. Oil everything was good. Paid 6500 total for tax, title, and registration. For my girlfriend which is 33 weeks pregnant a vehicle for the baby. Next dad vehicle had coolant in the oil. Filled the coolant up had then completely sucked all coolant into the engine. The car has a cracked block and need a new motor. The dealership had changed out the radiator, changed the oil, and filled coolant so you couldn't tell the difference. Which was a good trick to cover up the issue on the car, you weren't able to tell. The car isn't drivable or reliable waste of 6500 which my girlfriend has given to get a car. Now both have no car and a baby coming with no vehicle. I'm furious beyond. Completely scammed to make look like a great car now it's worth nothing. It's 4000 for new motor which we both can't afford. This was a know issues when buying the car and absolutely intentional and was done before we bought. Which was wrong and fraud.

      I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab from BW Auto and driving home the check engine light came on about 25 miles from when I left. But I bought the truck right before the dealership closed so I figured I'd contact them and bring it back to figure out what's going on. Was told it wasn't on when I bought it so they can't do anything about it. I got the truck code ran and it was a failed catalytic converter, got this fixed by a muffler shop and figured problem solved. Wrong. The truck had problem after problem that had been rigged up to work for just long enough to sell the truck. I had a Ball joint snap and my front driver wheel completely collapsed. They assured me the vehicle was safe as I have a young child. Luckily she wasn't with me but they took ZERO responsibility. So when I sent the truck in to have that fixed. They found all types of frame damage that had been cheaply covered up. Which explained why no one could ever do an alignment on my truck. So if that isn't enough when I received my title. It was signed and dated from another buyer already and they just put a line through his name. Worst experience of my life buying a truck from them.

If the complaint filer can provide the full car details along with the purchase date and VIN of the vehicle, this could help us more properly research and verify the case for the vehicle and the customer.
