11/13/2023 I went to purchase a used vehicle from this business. They did not have the vehicle they promised me. They found another vehicle at another lot but it had no battery charge (ev) they would have to tow it to the sales *** home charge it just enough to take me to a super charger. The sales *** ****** ******** was very sketchy about the whole thing and had me fill out blank DMV paperwork and asked me to fill an affidavit saying I own my own business and I make ** amount of money so I can qualify for the vehicle. I did not have a good feeling about the whole situation and ended up leaving before completing the purchase. I purchased a vehicle in July 17 2018 **** fusion and I have been having problems after problems the first 2 days with transmission and motor issues took vehicle to shop and they told me I would get a loner vehicle never received loner vehicle and they had vehicle for 2 weeks I get vehicle back and I still have the same issues with this vehicle and now other issues car wouldnt start the first day after getting vehicle back find the problem battery had to be replaced and then the air conditioner stop blowing I continue to contact the dealer and they say bring vehicle in for diagnostic and repair and I continue to have the same issue I reached out to DMV and they told me that with these vehicles theres always transmission issues thats unrepairable and whats gon happen is they gon replace the piece thats faulty and the issue gon to keep happening and Im living proof its continuing to happen I dont have money laying around I have 2 kids and currently pregnant with high risk pregnancy and this is stressing me out cause I dont have any way to get my kids back and forth to school or get myself back and forth to work please I need help with this issue I asked them to please jst put me in another vehicle or just give my money I had invested in this vehicle back so I can have something reliable yesterday was 100 degrees in ****** and very uncomfortable without air conditioner inside the vehicle and I dont want this is to be the reason I go into labor to early either please if yall can please help me..Business Response

No I have not only called complaining about A/C issues that cuts on and off When it wants like theres electrical issues with this vehicle the transmission they said they replaced have not been replaced or fixed the vehicle still have same issues as before stalling not catching speed on 25mph and while tryn to catch speed I can feel the engine like its gon come out the hood and the only thing they say is bring the vehicle but I will not have any way home from them keeping the vehicle for days which puts me in a bad position far as work and missing work is an chain of reactions of missing pay which would put me behind on all my bills including this 299 car note every 2 weeks either fix the vehicle correctly or jst give me my money back and let me go find a more reliable vehicle for my self and familyCustomer Answer

I purchased a truck from Ganas Auto Group on ****************************** Ca in February 2024. In the contract they charged me $638.00 for vehicle registration. However I have recieved notice from the *** that my registration is expired and past due. So now the cost is $1,070.00. $700.00 is the original registration fee but now I also have an additional $300.00 late fee. The dealership claims they refunded me a check for the registration. I received a check from them I believe in April 2024 but there wasnt any explaination what so ever as to what the funds were from. I had absolutely no way of knowing that I would need to pay these registration fees again, I had the understanding that the *** fees were already paid for. Ganas Auto Group hasn't been helpful in resolving the issue. The manager *********** yelled my wife and I in his office claiming it is my fault that I didn't call and ask what the refund in April was for.I told him I don't believe that is my responsibility. That their accounting department should be responsible. After my wife and I could see we weren't getting any where with the manager ************************ told him I was going to report him to the *********************** as well as the ************************************* Afterbthat *********** stood up from his desk pointing and screaming at me to Leave because now I was threatening him, he also threatened to call the police on me. My wife and 4 year old son were there to witness everything as well as another employee from Ganas. When I explain what has happened to the *** they say that the dealership is wrong and *** tells me to go back to the dealer for a registration fee refund but the dealership isn't being responsible in helping to resolve the issue. For example, if we determine that a vehicle's registration expires every May and it is resold in November and registered again in December, the registration will still expire in May. Consequently, fees will be calculated only for the months leading up to that expiration date.
It is important to note that sales personnel typically calculate registration fees based on a full year, often without consulting the specific expiration date on the vehicle's record. The title transfer fee of $42.00 was paid and the remaining amount was refunded to you in the amount of $626.00. Therefore, we cannot honor a refund for the fees that have already been refunded to ******************. I have damage that has been done to my truck and I have some missing that was in my truck like my kids hospital copy of his birth certificate to order it and my brand new ******** switch is Missing and also my wife's wedding rings are also missing I just got the truck back today after getting the runaround for three days and some of my child's things are Missings like clothes toys and baby on board sign and brand new diapers and wipes formula that was just brought before that truck was taken is gone because I was going to get the stuff out after getting back late from buying all that stuff the next morning and they are still giving me the runaround to change my payment schedule from every two weeks to monthly like it was supposed to be in the first place and after I just spent my whole fixed income for me and my wife they want more money April 20 the and if I don't pay them I am back in the same boat I just was in and it's all because they won't change what they are supposed to and now they are saying I owe more for the truck then I originally brought the truck for with my trade in the price I originally agree to buy the truck for was ********* dollars and they are saying my currently ******** I owe is ********* dollars after I just paid them ******** dollars for there mistake from refusing payment in the first place when I tried to make the payment I agreed to with them and for me getting paid only monthly from social security for me and my wife the agree was 594 a month payment and the sales men at ganasya said just double up after I caught the mistake and they never added my wife on but they used her income for the truck along with my income which totals 1415 a month and they refuse to fix that also I just want the issues resolved at this point and the damage they did to my truck exuste system fixed at this point because when the truck left here it was not that way and my stuff was all present and accounted for so they need to also fix that issues now because when I got in the truck after they brought it out from the tow lot it looked like a tornado went through the truck because every was gone through and put we're I didn't put it for what was left in the truckBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have brought a stolen vehicle and can't get it registered in the state of ********* and it should not be a runaround process to get things fixed that you the company messed up on in the first place and because of your company I now have a truck that doesn't work well now it has electric issues and drive train issues from being towed the WRONG issues and you said you would fixed the payment issues to monthly which you messed up Begin with and the towing company caused body damage to the truck and plug up one exhaust with dirt because they took it for a joy ride apparently

I just call collections at ganasya and there title place to get a copy of the title with them as lien holder and was told I can't get a copy of title and that I have to wait 6 months from the date I brought the truck from which was February 3 before they would change the payment schedule to monthly I never heard of that before I heard to wait at least 30 days before any account changes are made so looks like I am losing the the truck again because they still refuse to change or fix there mistakes and I look up record of the truck being registered in ***** like they said and there's no record of anything title or registration on the Texas DMV website because it ask for the last four of vin number I don't rember the guys I talked with there collections department or the females name through there title departmentCustomer Answer

I bought a vehicle on 11/20/2023 for $20,186. The odometer showed *******. About a week later, I paid to get the device history via Carfax. The report I got showed the vehicle had reached ******* miles in August 2023. I contacted the dealer and expressed my concern about the mismatch. They said they will get back to me when they confirm what I was telling them. I continue calling because they did not call me back as promised. When I talked with them, they said that was a system problem because they had the correct information and that they had the inspection with the corresponding mileage. I continued calling and asking them to adjust the price because the actual value of the vehicle was half the price I was charged, and they said I was wrong. Two months passed and when I called again they said the problem was corrected in the system, when I checked my vehicle odometer again, it was rolled back to $******* to match my purchase document. This latest report was modified to match their information, but I still have the first report showing almost ****** miles more than the miles the odometer was showing the day of the purchase. I purchased a ***** malibu on 6/5/23 from ganas un ***********. I put **** down. 1 week after my 1st payment the car breaks down .i called ganas talked to ****** who sold me the car i was 3 hrs north of them he assured me my warrenty would cover anything engine related n gave me numbers to call wich i did they asked if i could drive it to them hundreds of miles away ..no its on the side of the highway. They assured me id get a call in the am from them on what to do ..i did not i called them again explaining the situation they again said to call the service **** i did no answer then nor any calls i made sevral times. I had the car towed ..on the 5th day i did talk to someone who told me since i was far away to find a place to have it fixed and it had to be approved by him i got a text with what to do i did it rite then called back it was 3pm i got a recording they were closed . Thank you BBB...ive read so many complaints against ganas/tricolor pretty much ******* all the same people angry they got screwed over and cant do anything about it ..They are just running a prediatory shady buisness, The ways they conduct buisness has to be illegal. I just dont get that what there doing isnt illegal its a scam BUT i guess the fourced binding arbitration clause keeps there fraud n lies hidden well and the arbitrator being on payroll noone can win im sure and private..you have a statement when we look on your site that says the BBB has recieved so many complaints about ganas/tricolor that your only able to post less than 50% of them on your site ...next to that is a F -.....that speaks volumes ...sad so many people fall victim to there scam ..but like the saying goes ..Every dog has its day ...theres will come..

I purchased an 2014 *** 320i from this dealership in November 2021. I ended up falling behind on payments in late 2022 due to personal reasons and made arrangements and was able to get caught up on some of the payments. December 30, 2022 Tricolcor/Ganas Auto filed an ****-c on my behalf without my knowledge. I received form in the mail stating my debt had been cancelled. Based on my research I no longer owe anything to the creditor as the irs/government has forgiven my debt as well as my credit report went from repo status to account paid. July 11, 2023 my vehicle was repossessed. I was told the by the recovery company the vehicle had just been flagged. I spoke with a rep July 14, 2023 and was told in order to get my vehicle back I needed to pay $6000 for past due payments and re-enter into another monthly payment to pay $21,000 I owed. I stated to this rep that I no longer owed this debt due to the ****-c being filed. I was called a lier and still told I owed the company money. I offer to present all proof of this to him And he shut me down. I contacted the irs and they stated I was correct and proved that the company had in fact filed the ****-c and I owed them nothing and suggested I get an attorney because they were at this point trying to commit fraud by asking to pay for my vehicle and continue in a contract that had already legally been forgiven and paid. I have looked into all the several lawsuits they have pending currently. I was my car back or they need to pay me for the hardship they have caused.
