    I am not liable for this debt with **** used cars, I do not have a contract with **** used cars, they did not provide me with the original contract as i requested.

    This office would be happy to share copy of contract with Mr. *********** Customer would need to contact our office directly. We have a copy of Social Security card and Texas Drivers License to verify that it is the same person, not just the same name because that is all I have to go by in this complaint.

    //On Jan 26th, 2017, I paid off a balence with Gary's used Car's. I have attached the email with correspondence for this. The man who i originally bought the car with confirmed it was a 0 balence and that it would be deleted from my credit report. It was removed however they put the account back on my credit report as of 9/21. It was confirmed it was paid and should be remvoed immedialty. I have attached the correspondence. I want the account deleted from my credit report (AGAIN!). From my understanding, once an account is removed it can not be added back.
