      Instantly started having issues with the car I got from them not even 2 weeks from having it. Having to pay a repossession fee for the car getting to their shop to be worked on. Very unprofessional, had an employee calling me degrading names on the phone. Something needs to be done about this sleazy business.

      Purchased a vehicle from karz Auto end of September 2022 for $1300 for 2008 ************* this vehicle have been leaking oil very badly running hot and also having electrical issues and issues with going backwards I informed the car lot of these issues they told me they don't not have warranty but knew this vehicle was an dud wen they allowed me to drive off lot so I let them pick car up on 10/20/22 they called said car was rdy for pickup and I had to pay $345 plus a car note only to drive off with same issues they was closing on a Saturday evening so no one answered to even help get me and my children off the side of the rode after car has ran out again called them today 10/24/22 and I was told they can pick vehicle up again to see Whts goin on I informed them that I need a reliable vehicle or to give me my money back so I can get a reliable vehicle I have missed 5 days of work and kids have missed 3 days of school so far due to this unreliable vehicle please help I want my money back

      I've been trying to reach out to them I supposed to make a payment before I went to make the payment they had came and repo my car the day before I have been calling them for about a week and trying to reach out to to them to find out how much it will cost for me to get my car back they want to charge me repo and I've been trying to find out how much that is they keep giving me the runaround I am trying to get my car back so I need your help to resolve this problem and they try to say I don't have insurance on my car but I do have insurance on the car so I need your help to help me to resolve this problem I would really appreciate it thank you

      Good Afternoon - I recently purchased a car from Karz in Garland Tx , I purchased the car on August 13... I started having issues August 16. It wouldnt excelerate over over 40 mph and was shaking really bad . I made it home and reported it to Karz and they had the car towed to their property . The next day they called me and said that the car was ready "come pick it up". When i went to pick the car up there were two men . Mr Granger and another man who maintains the vehices ... they informed that I had knocked the care out of gear and that it was very sensitive . I explained to them that this was not true , as I made sure that the car was in drive at all times ( only logical way to drive a car). I did not want to go back and forth regarding this so I proceeded to go home . On August the 28th , the car started doing the same thing again. I took the car to Auto Zone and they did a diagnostic and stated that it was an $80 sensor that was in reference to the transmission . I made it home and called them and they came and got the car again . Tiffany from Karz called me and told me that the car was "fixed" and I needed to pay an estimate of $408.78. I asked them why would I be charged that ? and they said that its the estimate and I had to pay $358.78. They took $50.00 off as that was a "deposit" to even get my keys . I ended up paying my car note and the bill $628.00 A week later the car did the same thing - That following Thursday Sep *8th- They towed the car once again. They called me back today Sep 12th and told me for them to fix the car $3828.92. I have asked them over and over to give me another car or my money back . They have refused to do either . I went to the office and spoke with Tiffany who in return called Delores (Danna) over to speak me ....and Delores said that I have to put $1200.00 in their hands right now and they will tac on 150.00 a month to my car note . They will not let me get my things out of the car until i sign a waiver .

      I lost my job recently and was falling behind on payments. Yes I will admit there was a lack of communication on my part but I always made sure I made some sort of a payment or make my full payment before the next one was due. I was $156 behind on one of my payments and I had a lapse of insurance. I made this payment at 8:30pm on a Saturday and resent insurance documents around the same time. I wake up on Sunday and my car is gone. Ok so my fault for being late and having a lapse of insurance, I get that. So tell me why I go to the shop; both financial ladies at the window rude as hell call the main lady named Dolores (who is even more rude) who is supposed to tell me what I owe and unlock my account so I can get this lemon of a car back. First of all, I'm the only one in the office and she wants to ask them "where is she?" Like we are about to box it out or something. Mind you, I'm calm and collected still at this point and her and I are conversing and her rude ********* says "you owe $375 and didn't make the payment until Sunday morning knowing very well you were up for repo" I pull up my receipt to show I in fact made the $156 payment on a Saturday and that nowhere on her email did it disclose I was up for repo. She then wants to banter back and forth acting all big and bad with this glass separating us and then I proceed to ask how much to get my car out. She states because I haven't paid more than 50% on my account I need to pay $6,900 to get my car back. At this point you can keep the piece of shit just give me my stuff back. I have read other reviews of people stating things are missing so I tell her I don't trust them and that I needed to watch them or help them bag up my car. Here we are 45 minutes later and still no update on my stuff. Come to find out the guy was at lunch so I told them I would be back at 6:30pm. By them I mean Delores and her goons. So then I come back at 6:30 and would you believe they cannot locate the man who cleaned out my car for

      The car was our hard on July 8/9 I took the car home it stopped. I called the next day for the company to tow the car. They kept it for two days . I picked it up. Same thing, it wouldn't crank. I even called an actual chevy dealership. Turns out the wires were messed up and the car was locking itself due to me not having the proper key or key fob to unlock it they never gave me the right key. After about five days I kept calling asking if they could get it again to fix it. They said I owed the fist payment I said I hadn't been able to drive it can I get another one or them fix it or give me back my deposit. All I want is my deposit back. They have the car. I'm very upset. I need my down payment back of 500.00

      My car needed repaired had them pick up the car they replaced the alternator and two hours after I got my car back it broke back down I went back and told them that the transmission was the problem they picked it up and told me it wasn't the transmission so they charged me almost 900 dollars in repairs to get my car back on July 7. 2022 and my check engine light came back on the next day had the car checked and it pulled up transmission problems brought the car back to the lot on July 9 2002 where I was refused to be helped I asked to speak to the owner was denied that refusing to put me in another vehicle after they have had my car for three weeks and spent over 1000 dollars

      I Put a down payment $468.00 6/24/22 on a car that was misrepresentation also they didn't even check my CHECK STUBS . Phil told everything except the car shake real bad when you drive up to a certain speed . We test drove the car ONLY on the street which is a decent speed and was only allowed. I drove on freeway to my destination and it started Shaking bad hitting metal to metal under the frame/side ( I HAVE 3 videos to prove ) . Brought the car back 6/25/22 as I was told cause they were getting ready to close . I Didn't have the car 24hrs , Put me out of work to take care my Personal life . I came in with a good attitude and just wanted a refund . She said Finance will give me a call Tuesday as if they wasn't located in Dallas or garland ( NO CALL ON THE 28th ) They tried to Drag me Until TUESDAY . I asked for the number to Finance 3 or 4x's she wouldn't give me the number . She walks to the back CURSING SAYING **** their going to tell YOU the same thing comes back with a number . I called the XXX XXX ... Came back as SONIA ******** number and it was a CELL PHONE NUMBER also saying their KARZ and their located out of state ( I asked where are they located ) which was a lie I Heard the same Women Voices in office and intercom when I was just there . So now they have my money and their car back . I have 3 videos of the car of what it was doing on the freeway ( almost loose control ) VERY HAZARDOUS and also saying they can't drive on the freeway doing test drive . You don't know what a car do if you can't get on the freeway to good speeds . GAINES said on 6/30/2022 he made a verbal request to give refund . I ask em can he put that paper that he requested the refund for me . He pushed me off like he didn't know what I was talking bout . They will tell you lies until you had enuff of the run arounds then PLAY VICTIM then say they was tryna help you . He told me to dispute it wit bank YOU GOING TO GET IT BACK HE SEEN HAPPEN TO MANY TIMES . His Words .

      Hello my name is Tatiana on the day of June 7 2022 I was in my car and I noticed a tow truck sitting down. The street from my house as I was getting ready to go to work they walked up to my house and repossed my vehicle due a 1 week payment behind I no longer want the car that's fine ... but as I went to get my belongings same day it was repossed I was told I couldn't get my things unless I was in person with key and I'd I brought that to them not knowing i was not going to be able to go back with them to get my belongings but mean while I was waiting they had someone go through my vehicle not even 24 hrs of sitting on the lot my money came up missing the repo driver himself stated he called in the car and told the car lot that there is money in the car in the middle console and in visible viewing the amount of 14 was the only thing that was giving to me I went up there asked them for my money and they Continued to state we are not responsible for missing property this car lot has been on the news has been reported to you all on numerous occasions I used to work for this car and can tell you how everything works I not once would imagine that they would do and ex employee like that I have been calling and asking for my money and they keep giving me the run around saying I must do what I have to do they are not worried about what I was gonna do they have stated I should've paid my car note and I wouldn't be going through this

      On 2/25/22 I financed a Equinox 2012 for $12,000 from Karz on garland road. I had to put $3500 down and contracted the rest in weekly payments of $135. On 2/25/22 around 8:00p I drove the car to to my residence which is approximately 3 miles from the car lot. I didn't drive the car again until around 5:50a on 2/26/22am and when I was going to work. After driving the car for about 15 mins on this day 2/26/22 the check engine light came on and the car cut off. I cranked the car back up and noticed the check engine light was still on. As I proceeded to work the check engine stayed on (it actually never went off again) Once I made it to work I stayed about an hour and informed my supervisor I needed to leave due to my vehicle. I left work around 9am and drove the car to the car lot and informed the car sales man what happened. I was informed by the car salesman the car lot was too busy to inspect my vehicle that day and I needed to return a later day. As I was attempting to drive off the lot my car turn off again and the car sales man was standing next to my car and told me to go put something in the engine (I do not recall what he said to put on the engine at this time). I drove the car home parked it and didn't drive again until I took it back to the car lot on Wednesday.... I left the car so that they could take a look at it.... For two weeks they kept giving me the run around about the car. Telling me they had to get information from finance so I had to wait. Then they told it would 1500 to fix. So I asked could they just release the car back to me. And I can go elsewhere to get it fixed. So then they told me I owe 1400 for a diagnostics. And they will not give me my car back unless I paid the 1400. And I still paid my car note on the vehicle and I didn't even have the car. I drove that car for a about two days. This is not right for me to be sold a deceptive car. The woman in the financial office were very rude and belittling toward me. Please help. Thank you.
