    I bought a car from them January 8, 2024 I payed 2000 down never had any issue with them I made my first payment February 8th 2024 500 my next payment was due March 7 of 400 ***** was ok and he just rolled the payment over to April payment my note was due April 8th 2024 was unable to come I. To make my payment that day because I work 8am to 4:30 I wasnt able to make it to the car lot in time because they close at 5 so ***** text me with new cash app asking for my payment I was also unsure if I was going to have the payment that day so I said I might have to pay it in the April 17th 2024 due to me starting new job flyer that ***** stop responding I was at work I came out to get some out my car at 2:30 then took my last break at 3pm my car was gone I left work early arrived at car lot ask ***** why was my car pick up Im only one day late ( their contract I sign which they kept out my car says I have 15 days to make pay after 10 day they will add late fee) they did not follow their own contract so he ask for key he said that I could make payment and to hold on I look up one of the working coming in with my stuff out of my car said they only take it out cause ppl steal then told me my car is on hold for 24hr because storage was close come back tomorrow I could get my car I went up theres today April 10th to see if I could get my car ***** never spoke with me send another working out saying owner ****** was not in she would be in around 12 so wait for her call never got call so I called around 1:30 they tired to tel me call back In 10 mins that ****** was just getting in I told them that they had been telling me that all day so ****** get on speaker phone yells out that my contract has been canceled nothing she can do about out and hangs up in my face I just dont understand why they didnt take my payment of I had it or follow their contract

    Paid this company 2000 down. With 500 due the next week. The ac wasn't working. They said in 3-5 business days Part would be in. They never called. The following Tuesday which was a week exactly I called and text them to see if the part was in. It wasn't. So I asked should I wait a few more days before coming back out there. He said yes so the next day I tried again he said bring next day which was now Thursday. But that morning b4 I could went there they picked the car up! Set me up! So now they saying because I didn't make the payment 2 days ago which is still in the next week like he said they just gonna mess me outta $2000 and cancel my contract. But I did everything salesmanager ***** told me to do! They are trying yo scam me out of my $2000. Resale the car and scam someone else over and over again! Please help me stop this car lot from continuing to scam me or anyone else out of their hard earned money!

    I bought a car from this place on February 17, 2024 , 1 day later stuff started going wrong with the car, I called the dealer an let him know what was going on , he told me he was going to send a tow truck to pick it up , I didnt have the car a week an a half before it was broke down , so 2 days after them picking up the car the payment was due, which was March 2, 2024 so I didnt pay it cause I dont know going on with the car , so I called Wednesday March 6, 2024 to check on the car an I was informed that they had repossessed my car for non payment, so I tried to pay the money an they refused to take the payment, after telling me that the car had a electrical problem , an now without fixing the car they put it back up for sale to take domeone elses money , Im a single parent an I jus needed a car to make money for me an my kids , but $2800 was jus taken from me in less than a month

    On February 3,2023 I purchased a car form a company called 101 FinancialLLC. I paid $2800 for a vehicle that was in great working conditions. My payments were due monthly. I had a payment due on March 3,2023 which was a Sunday. Monday morning, March 4,2023 I tried getting in contact with the company, was never able to get in contact with someone. My vehicle was picked up March 6,2023 for non payment. I called the company asking if the vehicle had been picked up and I was told yes. I then asked if I could be told how much it would cost to redeem my car, I was told that they were closed and they weren't going to look it up on the computer. Today is March 7 and I've been calling since 8:20 this morning and they have been forwarding my calls, not returning my calls and sending me to voicemail. At this time, I'm just wanting to get the cost to redeem my vehicle.

    1/6/24 5:43pm Paid 1300 cash Financed a vehicle at a car lot which required no bank account, proof of income, no credit check, no drivers license.To good to be true it was come to find out the seller has lack of communication when it comes to contacting him. I went to purchase the vehicle for my son as his first used vehicle at age 16. I attempted to call/text and ask for a few days ***** to pay the first car note for the month of Feb. No more than 36hours the vehicle was repossessed as the seller gave no email, call/text or communicate about the late payment and late charges that would occur. The contract states up to 15 days until I have to pay full amount of car note for month plus late charges. The catch is in terms and conditions which states thats the seller can come and repossess the vehicle as soon as the payment is late. Arbitration Agreement is also sketchy to say I cant file a suit against the company. Not to mention I have made 300 in repairs for vehicle as well.

    I gave them $1200 down payment for a ***** Malibu 2010 the original down payment for the car was 1500 he said that I was OK with the 1200 and I could pay the 300 next week. I am a single man that lives alone so I paid 150 and I told him I would pay him the other 150 in a couple of days cause I had to get it six days after me having the car it was towed he said it was because of the 150 I owed so I paid the 150 and he told me to bring the key in and everything would be fine. Then they said they had to contact the Owner of the car and get back to me and some ***************** pulled a gun on me and told me to leave . Now they are saying I breached a contract and are taking the car

    I leased a vehicle from 101 financial llc on 11/14/2023 they came and repossessed for a 6 day late payment on 12/19/2023. I called them within 10 minutes of the repossession and told them I was coming in to make a payment. I was told to come make the payment and pick up the car. Once I get there they have packed up some of my personal belongings that was in the car. Told me to call tomorrow which is today 12/20/2023 I did and was told by ***** aka ***** that they terminated my contract someone by the name of ******. I told ************ would be coming to get the rest of my property and ***** told me if I come up there I was going to have some problems. My proof is attached. I just want my money so I can go get me a vehicle.

    I made a vehicle purchase from this dealer ship mid August. I gave them **** then the following week I gave them 500 that will cover the down payment. 2 weeks late I made my first payment ( SEP 16, 2023) While I was moving I text ***** I was going to be late and was going to go by Monday morning. Monday I was putting stuff in the car when I went back the car was gone and I was told by security that 2 man went and got in the car. I called ***** and he told me to take my key and the payment so I can get the car. I was 2 days late and the car was taken by me they stole my paperwork from the car when I had purchase it. I have no documents with me. I was told the car was on hold and to come back later for it. I was blocked after a week trying to get the car back.

    Dec 3rd was the day I initially financed a car. I paid **** down payment. The first car gave me mechanical problems and he told me I had 3 days to return the car for my down payment or a different car. I contacted the owner back and let him know the issues I was experiencing with the car and he advised me I can come up there to discuss getting my down payment back. When I got ip there on Dec 5 he was demanding I give the keys back before we proceeding with anything. I gave him the keys back and he told me that I needed to choose another car. Since I was alone I just listened to him. As soon as I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. I let him know and he told me I had nothing to worry about. So the same day I went to 3 auto places to see the reason why the engine light was on and they all gave me the same code which was P0430. I let the man know and also he wasnt legally suppose to sell me a car that cant pass inspection and I could fine him for ***** if he didnt want to fix the car. I contacted the man again about the info I received and he told me that I didnt have to get car inspected until next year and that was his settlement. Later that day the car overheated and I had to wait on side of road until car came back to regular temp.. I contacted the man again and told me not to drive it and leave it and h*** come pick it up. He came to pick it up next morning and I mentioned again since it was a inconvenience and unsafe for me and my son that I would rather have my down payment back. He didnt respond and told me the car was ready on Dec 6th. On the same day I picked vehicle up the engine light came back on later that day I contacted him again and he didnt respond on Dec 11th he came to pick up the car. I went up there Dec 12th to get my items back and possibly get my down payment back. He got aggressive and advised he wasnt giving me my down payment back when the only reason I went up there is because he said he was giving me my money back.

    I recently financed a car from this car lot on 10/16/23 made a down payment of $1200 on 10/31/23 I made another payment of $300 on 11/8/23 I made another payment of $200 I referred a customer to him which ***** gave me $100 on 11/17/23 I told him to put it towards my car note so I called and talked to him and told him I would make that $100 that he said I owed on 11/27/23 once I got payed he accepted my payment and still came and repoed my car after I have already gave him $300 towards my car note he came and took the car a day before Thanksgiving which stressed me and maid my depression flare and my anxiety which I take medication for I went back to the lot and tried to recover my vehicle and he had it back on the same lot back up for sale my car note was $400 and I payed him $300 and he still came and took the car I need help
