      ***************************** is the problem. She works for Vamos auto and they do some shady business dealings. I was 5 days late on my payment, and they came and got my car. I get it. I showed up, cash in hand, and they wouldnt give me my car. I had to reapply for my car, and I know, for a fact; that she never called anyone to verify employment, or my residence, etc. I reached out to them and they verified that she did not ever call them. Their entire lot is repossessed cars. I showed up to pay for my car and they wouldnt give it to me. This is excessive, especially when THEY do not communicate with you. Ive seen the reviews about them. Theyre all the same. I applied for a car and was accepted. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, they changed the payment amounts on me. His name is **, and theyre all shady. They take advantage of people who need a car, with bad credit, etc. But ***************************** is the worst. She lied about contacting anyone. 5 days late and i had to reapply for my car. But yet she never contacted anyone.

      Hello. I'm declining to respond to this complaint as ******************** bought her vehicle January 26, 2024. Several attempts were made to reach ******************** to secure payments. She was repossessed twice (2/20 and 4/1) for past due payments. it is policy to complete a redemption package for a risk reassessment. I can't speak to ******************** actions as she works for a third party service provider but my underwriter called the reported employer and was advised she no longer works for the company. I'll be happy any additional questions.

      I called this morning to ask why the information they sent me doesn't coincidence with the amouth they are telling me I owe. I asked the representative to please explain if by thier documentation my last 3 payments are in parentheses, then why do I still owe 1500. She stated that we had asked for 2 payments to be differed when my son had passed away. 2 payments still doesn't equal 1500. I initially had asked to speak to a manager so they could explain these charges and she refused. I asked her to please break it down to me the charges and then she stated she couldn't speak to me at all that I'm not on the loan. I'm only an authorized representative. I told her every single payment has come from me and then someone in the back round stated it didn't matter so I was clearly on speaker which was unprofessional. I asked if that was the manager I had initially requested to speak with and ***** then got on the phone to tell me my husband owes 1500 more dollars and if it's not paid we wouldn't receive the title. Very condescending as I'm fully aware, then told me they wouldn't speak to me only my husband. He calls and requests her higher *** contact information and she refused several times to give that information. He asked if she was the owner and she stated no she was the manager and he said that was great but he asked for her superiors number. She again refused. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to explain where these extra charges are coming from and then disrespect a loyal customer when they trying to make sure they aren't getting ripped off. By thier own paperwork I've overpaid my vehicle by at least $400

      I purchased a car through Vamos auto 3/4/2024, everything was going ok then it began to hesitate to start or wouldnt start at all. Fast forward to 3/26/2024, they come and repo my car claiming Im 1 day past due, first the lady told me to just pay the balance and I would receive my car back, but that was a lie. She informed me that I will no longer be getting my vehicle back due to me having it repossed from my job *which literally makes 0 sense to me. I didnt have the car 1 month, so basically Im asking like am I getting some of my back and the lady was super rude and refused to help me in any way! Ive tried all options to getting my vehicle back but to no avail. They scamming people and need to be shut down ASAP

      I paid my monthly payments on time every time. I was ONE day past due as I forgot the day before. I went ahead and paid it. I got a call from a woman saying I need to pay my car payment and I told her I already had and not to call my phone number anymore harassing me as she had called 3 times and I was working. She proceeded to turn my vehicle off and as I was leaving work to rush home because my child needed to go to the er my car would not start! She turned it off even tho I had already made the payment and when I called again I was told maybe I would learn how to talk to them next time without an attitude! This is probably illegeal and crazy unprofessional. No reason to call me 3 times at work when I had already made the payment. Then turning my car off! Wow. These ppl definitely need to be shut down or need new employees! Very Very rude and unprofessional

      I got a Car from Vamous Auto Aug 26, 2022 it broke down 2 weeks later in September 4 or 5th. So I called them to let them know here at the office in ****,***** and the receptionist told me to drop it off at a place here called Qualitu Autos that they use to service there vehicles. So I went that day and when I went late in the day I was told they closed the dealership here in **** all of sudden and if I wanted my vehicle serviced or diagnosed I would have to pay a one time fee of 130. I didnt have it at the time so Jd the owner was like well Ill look at it and see right now and then when you get the money I can book you an appointment. So he looked at it and said something with my ac and he didnt know what else because he would have to look at it further when I pay my money. So the next week I payed the 130 and he had looked at it and basically said I needed a new motor and ac kit. So I was like wow I just got the car. He said he was calling *********************** which is the service manager at the Arlington car lot. So my vehicle stayed there at the shop a week or two later before he heard from anyone and then he was wanting to get the parts and fix it they didnt want to pay him for labor Mr. *** So they came and picked it up in September. Here it is November 20, 2022 I still havent got my car back I paid 980 down and my car note twice October 463 and November 580. They supposed to be putting in a new motor and ac kit. I call them everyday. Sometimes they dont pick up. When they do I speak with a lady named ******** that works there and its very little she ca tell me. She said last week that they had a third party put the motor in and when they cranked it up it was making some kind of noise. I dont believe they did nothing to my vehicle or they just making me wait. But I been paying and calling ***** for rides spending money I dont have when I supposed to have a vehicle. I need someone to point me to a good attorney. Its going on December 3 months without a car.

      I would like to speak with an owner of this company. I have been a client for over a year now and the customer service I received today was vile. I have been a current customer with the occasional promise to pay. I made a promise to pay on 10/16/2023 for 10/30/2023. I advised them I would pay the 310 and if I didn't have the additional 310 to pay the payment due on 11/01/2023 I would pay an additional 140 totaling 450. I called today 10/30/2023 to pay 310 and they advised me since my promise was for 450, they would shut off my car. I advised them I would like to speak with a supervisor, and they advised me they do not have supervisors and it's a chat they have to send these requests to. I advised them that it is unethical to be forced to pay 450 on a payment past due for only 310. They advised me that this was the promise to pay, and they couldn't accept less than the payment arrangement or it would be considered broken. I advised them I would pay the 310 only and would do so online. I paid the payment of 310 today 10/30/2023. I was not provided a receipt from the dealership. I want someone to call me so I can elaborate on what happened today.

Furthermore, **************** charged back her 10/02/23 payment on 10/30/23, which is a disputed payment. The collections team has instructions to repo a vehicle if the customer takes such action. She also recently charged back her 09/16/23 payment. There's nothing I can do about this situation at this point.

      This company is horrible they are not following the contract I signed when I purchased my car. They raising payments and over charging. They lack credibility and being uncouth and irate. In the last year they have changed so many thing that arent in our contract as for the way payments are being made, whats being charged for late fees and interest. When you call the clerks talk to you like that dont care no respect. This company is just not doing right by those of us who have signed these contracts and depend on them.

Also, we've provided you with leeway/promises to pay on a given date 24 times and you've broken 20 of those. While I certainly don't want our agents to be disrespectful and apologize for that, their jobs are dependent upon results.

      First it started making noises I dropped it off for it to be fixed picked it up still making the same noise now it dont wanna catch its speed still making the same noise and radio goes in and out different codes pop up on the dashboard

      I purchased my car August 2022 the same day the car went into limp mode. I reported this to them the same day and got no response. I called and got no response. Finally I got a response back from them and they told me to bring my car back up there. I brought the car up there they had my car From November 2022 to February 2023 I have had nonstop problems with this car. It stopped accelerating and at that point I asked them if I could just do an even trade because *** had nonstop problems with this car. they told me they wanted me to give them $4000 And to reach out to them in August to try and get me into a different car. They are not helpful they lie. They told me that it was a sensor problem and thats a fix the sensor but my car still to this day is doing the same thing that it was doing back in November when they had it , they also claimed that I had a coolant leak which is a lie because I had a guy in my car looked at by four different mechanics and they said that I do not have a coolant leak and never did. I am still trying to get this issue resolved. All I want is to be put into a different car , this car has been broken since the day I got my car

      I have had this car less then a year the transmission is out the engine is gone the radiator is cracked to the block I have called multiple times and have asked for it to be fix. It has been 2 months I have not used this car. I asked for it to be fixed they told me they couldnt fix it so I stop paying on the car because I have to pay $200 or more for Ubers for me and my daughter to get back and forth to work. They changed loan departments they told me to give them money and they will fix it but when I was going to pay it. They were very rude to me hanging up and my face and tell me that they have told me what to do when I am still trying to get it together for them to get money. Once again the car has not worked in 2 months.
