    Bluewater international services my Water Filtration System. They came out July 2 to service it and they told me they needed to order another part. The sevrice *** said he would be back in two weeks. Every time I call I am told they will call me back in an hour and I never get a call. Yesterday a Manager ****** said the service man would be here at 2:30. He never showed up.

    I have talked to the technitian in *******, he will be coordinating with Mrs. ******* another visit to inspect the service and parts that were replaced during the last visi, for now we have return to Mrs. ******* the ****** of the part that was replace in her water treatment and conditioner system totalinf ******.  We will coordinate with her another appointment to check what the problem is with this part, when it gets corrected we will process payment one more time.  We will stay in contact with Mrs. *** to finish this service and gain her satisfaction.

    BLUEWATER WILL NOT PAY THEIR DEBT TO OTHER COMPANIES. THEY ORDERED A LARGE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT FROM DEKORRA AND WILL NOT PAY THEIR INVOICES. THE INVOICE DATES ARE FROM 2020. ******** ADVISED DEKORRA SHE WOULD PAY THE INVOICES AND NEVER DID. NOW SHE WILL NOT ANSWER THE ***** OR EMAILS.

    I truly feel very sorry for this late response, somehow it got lost in my spam folder.  I feel sad they added this complaint, these expose invoices that are involve in this complaint were made when covid hit and we were all working from home.  I asked for these two invoices once or twice because they never showed as part of our inventory, I still have no record of them and the person who worked for our warehouse department at the time is no longer with us, thi sis not an excuse and is not at all ******** problem.  Covid also has affected business economically and it will be a long story to tell.  What I can say is that I spoke to them a few weeks ago and did an arrangement to repay the two invoices.

    We moved into a new home and needed to correct poor-quality water coming from our existing water purifier and softener system attached to our well. We were sold a unit by this company and its representative claiming it would provide good quality water and paid $7000.00 for this new system. From the moment it was installed we still had poor quality water with the water tasting salty and continuing to have a foul/sulfur odor. We called the company and its representative on multiple occasions to correct the issues and despite multiple visits to our home, they were unable to correct the situation. Then they insisted that they were waiting on a part to add to the system to correct the water situation. We were patient waiting weeks for them to bring this part and never heard back from them. Meanwhile our water quality was getting worse, and it was to the point that we were unable to use the water at all. We got an opinion from another local reputable company to give us an opinion. They reviewed the equipment and clearly stated that the system was not installed correctly nor was the setup designed to fix our water situation. We had given Bluewater International ample time and sacrificed enough of ourselves with dealing with poor quality water for months that we had to do something. Out of our need for clean water for the family, we paid this other company another $8000 to replace the system and now we have quality water that we can use. We have contacted Bluewater International on multiple occasions to retrieve their equipment and refund our money and have not been successful in getting any responses from them. We humbly request your assistance in this matter. I have attached two pictures made by the new water company showing the before and after for the water systems.

I would like to say that we are aware of the problem that Ms. *********** was presenting after her water treatment units were installed, she reported a sulfurous smell in the water to her sales representative that works with one of our dealers in Florida. The unit sold and installed is a water treatment system also call ion exchange unit, this removes all the hardness in the water and a big % of chlorine in the water. This units do not remove the hydrogen sulfide or iron bacteria that causes the bad oder, for this you will always need a different unit that is install along your water system. Mrs. *********** was offer a water treatment system but was missing the Iron Breaker to remove the odor, we tried many times to explain this to her during many calls, I also know that the sales agent was trying to help but since it required a extra unit that was not included on the initial cost they sold the unit they took longer than expected and finally Mrs. *********** bought another unit from another source. In Bluewater we always prioritize our customers, I have spoken to the independent contract who sold the unit to talk to Ms. *********** to arrange refund, for our part we are willing to return our part. We contacted them last week and spoke with someone who was going to call us back but still no response. Saying this is also fair to say that the system that you originally were offer is a water treatment system that does not removes the bad order in the water, for this we needed to install an additional one that we were told too late, until you had made a different choice. We will keep on contacting the owner of *****************s and if we don't get an answer from them in 30 days we will send you our part to your home and will call you before this is done. The gentleman who sold and installed the equipment represented Bluewater International. He did not represent himself as an independent contractor. The complete refund should be from Bluewater. Attached is a copy of the unsigned contract. Bluewater never furnished us with a copy of the signed one.
