    I bought a Reversible Scrimmage Jersey on 3/14/25 from Frogmouth for ***** total.. *********** has had issues fulfilling orders. They had sent emails out saying that they are taking accountability and are working to get caught up on orders. I have since heard that the company does not exist anymore. There has been no formal communication about this from them or issuing of refunds for the orders that were paid for that have not been fulfilled. Their website is gone completely and its as if they never existed. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but they did not issue me the refund because "According to Merchant Chargeback Guidelines, chargebacks cannot be issues 120days after the charge has been made". They suggested I file a complaint with the BBB in order to get my refund back. At this point I know I will never actually get my product.

    I made an order August 31st for a $91.18 jersey, I have not received the item. The company will not respond to my inquires and recently seems to have closed down. I want my money back.

    I placed an order with Frogmouth in good faith on 11/27/2023 for $174.25 worth of custom derby gear. For the next few months I have waited in good faith for my order. With no product and no updates I began to question my order. It took weeks for a response and when I did they promised they were behind on orders but they would make good. During this time they made several public statements to the community apologizing, changing management etc.., but always promising they would make good on the orders. Since then it has become clear they are just taking orders with no intent to fill them. They are still taking orders, ignoring customer inquires and have now abandoned their current shop address. I am requesting a full refund of the money I have paid them in the amount of $174.25

    on 6/30/24 I ordered jerseys and armbands for a teammate and myself from Frogmouth. As of 11/1/24 all I have received is an order confirmation and an automated response to my email sent on 10/1/24 asking about a timeline. There has been no communication from Frogmouth about estimated delivery time or of the items have even been made . I would like my jerseys and armbands, if delivery is not possible I'd like a full refund.

    I purchased several roller derby uniform items in January 29, 2024 for $640. One item (jersey for Strawberry Shortskate) was refunded $75. One item (Zai Inara Aloha jersey) was originally incorrect but then they sent a corrected jersey. All of the Aloha Skate items (3 jerseys, 2 sets of armbands) were delivered and are completed. There are still 4 outstanding items (4 Pacific Roller Derby or Hulagans jerseys - worth $300). Several email attempts are reaching out to them have had an autoresponse and no update has been given. I even recently contacted them to let them know I'm moving soon so I need to change the delivery address, and no response has been given outside of the autoresponse. The autoresponse even discourages contacting them because it will move you to the bottom of their queue. I would like the remaining 4 jerseys to be made and delivered at my new address OR to be issued a refund. Thank you for your consideration.

    I ordered roller derby jerseys and arm bands from Frogmouth on August 5, 2024. Frogmouth states orders ship between 8-12 weeks. I have waited *************************************************************************************** being shipped. I sent an email to frogmouth October 28, 2024 asking about the status of my order, but still have not heard back. The email does not state any response time, just that, "we know that our response time is not amazing right now" however I would expect 48 hours to suffice as it does any other company in busy season.

    Ordered a Jersey on 9.24.24, no responses from over 5 emails to the company. The company that makes the Jersey's has been claimed to have shut down some time ago, but still taking orders and people's money.

    I ordered custom athletic wear for my kid on January 17, 2024. I have requested a refund several times. I only requested the refund after so much time had passed that I didnt believe they would fulfill the order. The total for that order is ****** . They also have never sent or refunded the money for another item (team socks) that were included in a different order. The socks were $15 so the total I have given frogmouth is $178.72. On a separate note, these items are for a sports team so he was forced to be the only kid in the old jersey.

    I have two outstanding purchases from this company. I ordered a team jacket on 12/29/23 right before they decided to close all future jacket orders supposedly to focus on jersey orders. The jacket cost $101.43 and I have not received a single update about this order. My second order was for a jersey costing $74.29 ordered on 2/7/24. After learning how other leagues were having difficulties receiving orders, my team decided not to use their jerseys after all, so I canceled my jersey. I received two emails asking if I was sure that I wanted to cancel. I said I did and was told Id receive a refund for the jersey within a few days on 5/24/24. I have not received the refund or my jersey (or the jacket I ordered even earlier). I have received no further contact after several attempts to get in touch with their company. Its really shameful to see how many people have been cheated by this company. So many people who havent received products or their money back.

    I submitted my order on 1/9/24 and was told I would receive my jersey in 6 -8 weeks but it was never sent. On 4/25/24 they responded after I sent multiple emails asking for an update and said I could cancel or they would continue to work on my order I asked to keep my order and was told I would have it by the end of June. After not receiving it in June I have sent multiple emails, and messages through their website and social media but they will not respond other than an automated message saying they are behind on responding.
