    August 2nd I purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300c for $10000.00. On August 11th the engine blew. I've been waiting for help from Carter Motor Company and this is a terrible way to be treated. I've heard that I'm not the only person that has been treated this way. It's now Sept 5th and I don't even have a title or plates.

    HELLO, THIS IS ***** ********* IN  RESPONSE TO THE **MPLAINT, THE VEHICHLE SUFFERED A HEADGASKET FAILURE  DUE TO DRIVING IT AFTER IT CLEARLY WAS DRIVEN WHILE OVERHEATING. THE WEEKEND FOLLWING THE **** ********* DROVE THE CAR 5.5 HOURS TO *********** TEXAS STAYED A FEW DAYS AND DROVE IT BACK 5.5 HOURS . NO PROBLEM. THE CAR WAS ALSO SOLD WITH NO WARRANTY WHICH WAS REVIEWED AND SIGNED BY MR. ******* THE BUYERS GUIDE IS REQUIRE BY FEDERAL LAW.  MR ********************** WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AT THE TIME WITH BLOOD CLOTS IN HIS LUNGS AND WAS UNAWARE OF THE INSTANCE. I ADVISED HIM TO LET MR ****** FIX THE VEHICHLE SINCE IT WAS HIS ABUSE THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE BY **NTINUING TO DRIVE THE VEHICHLE WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY OVERHEATING. A NEW CAR WITH A FACTORY WARRANTY DOES NOT **VER  THIS BECAUSE OF ABUSE. ALSO MR ****** WAS REFUNDED HIS FULL AMOUNT PAID BY MR ********************** AGAINST MY PROTEST. ALSO I WISH TO HAVE MR ****** PRODUCE EVIDENCE OF ANY OTHER **MPLAINTS AGAINST ********************** MOTOR ** IN THE PAST, IN MY WORDS MR ****** IS A TROUBLEMAKER AND CLEARLY TORE HIS CAR UP FROM ABUSE ALTHOUGH WILLING TO HELP HIM SAVE MONEY ON THE REPAIR APPARENTLY THAT WASNT GOOD ENOUGH .THANK YOU AND I HOPE MY REPUTATION **NTINUES TO BE VERY GOOD IN THE CAR BUSINESS.
