    I ordered a Surefire adapter from from another well-known company, only to find out I wouldn't receive it for 3 months because it was on backorder. Bauer Precision had it in stock, I ordered it Sun night, and at 8:25am Monday I received a notice it was packaged and awaiting shipping. They sent me a tracking number, and I received it on Wednesday. Pretty impressive.Bauer is a good small-town ***** company.

    Bauer Precision is my go-to company for firearms and accessories. I've been a customer both online and in the store and it's been a pleasant experience every time. Very patient, helpful, and courteous staff every time.

    Ordered an item clearly labeled as in stock, and a few days later receive an email stating the item is actually not in stock. And all they offered was a replacement with a cheaper item, or a refund. Annoying.

    They sent me wrong rifle and only answer I can get is we can't get in touch with ffl that is on there website trip of a lifetime ruined bc I won't get my gun still no effort to make this right but sure took my 3k

    I just want to say your customer service is by far the worst I've experienced in the firearm industry. I followed your order cancellation policy by requesting it before the product shipped. I literally canceled the order shortly after the purchase and hours before your business opened the next day. However, I was still forced to pay for the return shipping due to the error on your part. This is despite your website's very clear specifications for an order cancellation as opposed to a return. When I replied to customer service explaining this, I received no response. It's no wonder why your business has a BBB rating of an F. The policy states... You can cancel your order by emailing us at Orders at Bauer-Precision.com, or using our Contact ** form. Please supply your name, order number, and the reason for the cancellation. The reason won't change anything, we just like to know. If you attempt to cancel after a package has been shipped, we'll gladly accept a return for a full refund for up to ten days. Again, I requested the cancellation BEFORE the business even opened the next day and long before it shipped... Companies like this with lack of professionalism are what gives gunowners a bad name and should not be supported.
