      I give this place a negative star. I am beyond ****** off. I went to this clinic for my well womens visit which was covered 100% by my insurance. A month later I got a bill and I called the billing inquiring on what I was being charged for. They told me that they would contact the office and get details. I asked the document in my account that I made the phone call and expressed my concern about making sure that this balance would not go to collections since I was disputing it. I was told by each person every month that I followed up (Feb-Apr 2024)) that I would not have to worry about being turned into collections because I was in the process of disputing this claim. 4/23/24 I spoke to ******** the clinic manager in the ****** office and explained my situation. She called me back and left me a detailed voicemail telling me that they were writing off the $60 charge and that I owe nothing this also converted into a text message so I havent and today I get home and theres a collection notice For the $60 balance that I was told was being written off. I am livid!!!
