    Big scam big scam they keep opening new dot I moved twice and I was dammed by that rude lady over the the phone will call herself ****** and her real name is *************************** shes a big Scammer you guys need to watch out they do this for life scamming people and then they will make you cry and not even care. Theyre ****** he even said that the more he charges the more he make money and its all about charging us more money then we will start telling you your stuff is not stackable you have more stuff and all that is a lie. Just get your stuff up and charge you more money they will have you sign the paper before they start working so they can scam you.

    Big scamming company they come to pick up 500cf they they do not stack ur stuff they will make that 500 to a full truck its all about how much money can they charge you all there job from broker and they will take ur stuff to a storage unit and open ur boxes big scammers watch out they will scam you and steal you

    Blue Frog Movers, a subcontracted transport service thru ************************, arrived at the address provided to pick up my furniture for delivery from ** to MT and I gave check for $1213. They packed my goods for transport to warehouse in **. The broker, ************************ told me Blue Frog would contact me to ship. I I have been in contact with AME and Blue Frog weekly and now daily for updates on my furniture shipment. I have 7 pages of notes. I have received calls from several people representing Blue Frog "****" who first called me on 9/20/23 to let me know my furniture would ship on 9/23/23 and arrive in MT early the following week. Then I got a call from **** on 9/26/23 who told me there was a problem with the truck and the furniture would be delivered on 9/29/23 or 10/2/23. On Friday, October 6th I received a call that my furniture would be delivered in MT this same day between 4 pm - 8 pm. So much for 24 hours notice. Per the contact, I owed $520 for which my son, who is the recipient, got a money order. Between Friday at 6 pm EST and 9 pm EST, I had 17 phone calls with ****************** and the driver, *****. They refused to deliver our furniture, stating the truck could not make it to the house, not true. They claimed they had already moved the furniture to a smaller box truck (amazingly in 15 minutes of phone exchanges!), and then in another phone conversation, the driver told my son the furniture was still on the truck. They told us we had to pay additional funds, on the spot to get our furniture. One time the amount was around $1,000, including the $520 we already agreed on, then we were offered a reduced rate of $600, then we were told it would be an add'l $750. We offered to have the furniture delivered at our storage unit 2 miles from the home and on a major highway, US Route 191, they refused. They would not open the door to the truck for my son to take his furniture and transport in his car either. I have extensive text messages too.

    Upon using a broker firm for a move I signed a binding contract that stated my move would be $4,580 (included). The Blue Frog Movers LLC showed up on 9/8/2023 and started to load my belongings halfway through they than requested that I pay them ***** for them to finish which was far more than I was quoted, and for the contract that they picked up. At this time the broker requested them to unload my belongings as that as not part of the agreement they refused to unload them and indicated I would have to pay the ***** for them to unload my belongings. They withheld my belongings unless I was going to pay this significantly larger amount than I was quoted, in my binding agreement. Upon being coerced into paying the amount they indicated, or they would take my belonging. I had to pay $7,753 for them to take my belongings which didn't include everything that was stated in the itemized list binding quote or the cubic feet I was intitled to or paid for. They stated that they could not take everything on my inventory because they did not have room on the truck. Upon delivery of my belongings, they indicated I had to pay a "Shuttle Fee" for them to move it to another truck, however they showed up in the same truck that it was packed in and it was undisturbed from when they packed it at my origin location (we have pictures). They charged an additional $1,289 for this before they would release my belongings. Despite the fact that it was not put into another truck or even moved from how it was packed on 9/8/2023. Contacting the BBB is step one for filling a complaint with the ******
