      I had initially contracted SVL to move my daughter from ** to NM in June 2021 where she was to start medical school. This was anticipated because her husband was on active duty deployment with the Army in *****. When their orders got extended to remain there, I was told instead of refunding the $1400.00 I payed, they would just hold as a credit to move them at whatever place the Army sent them upon return. They came back to US Dec 2023. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach anyone via phone or email. I have name, receipt and reservation numbers etc should you require them. She now needs to move her home goods from ** to SC where they are stationed. She does not have more money to cover this move and we need this to ensure she gets all of her belongings to her new residence. Thank you for any help. The Army is covering her husbands items to be moved as they got married after his assignment was made.

      Sirius Van Lines was contracted by Interstate Moving and Relocation Group to perform my household move from Denton, Texas to Clarkston, Michigan. My Sirius Order number is ********. Sirius subcontracted with another company to deliver my goods in September, 2021. The subcontractor delivered our furniture and boxed household goods. We unpacked most of the boxed goods, but not others such as boxes labeled labeled winter clothing/goods. Now that it has gotten cold in Michigan, we unpacked all boxes labeled "winter" and have discovered that a box containing my wife's heavy winter coats/clothing was not delivered. We also noticed that some electronic items, such as two spare Roku players, that were packed in a miscellaneous box are missing. I have contacted Sirius Van Lines via email and voicemail (2 times each) to check to see if these, and any other of our boxes, may still be at the Denton, Texas warehouse. I have yet to hear back from Sirius.

      I'd move from Clinton South Carolina on May the 10th 2021 to Hockley Texas. My date of delivery from Sirius Van Lines was supposed to be June 1st. They would not answer my phone calls When they would not deliver my items. Upon further review I found out that they had lost their DOT licensing and were no longer able to deliver my items. They contacted a third party to deliver my items and when the items showed up they were broken damaged moldy and some things were even missing of course. I have been trying to get ahold of them ever since I tried getting a hold of them through my credit card company who I made the payment with and all of those contacts were futile. I just want a phone call any refund for my move.

      On July 9, Sirius Van Lines picked up our belongings and as of today (10/15), they has not been delivered. We have been working with and calling Sirius 2-3 times a week since July and they have never given us concrete updates or could tell us where in the US our belongings are. Every time we call, Sirius tells us that they either: have no update, there is a delay, they don't have access to our belongings, or know where they are. We have paid over a $1000 so far to them, not counting the value of our belongings. They have a 30 business day window after the initial expected delivery date, however it has now been 63 days and they have made no concrete or proven progress in delivering our belongings. We have been patient and accommodating when working with them, however they have taken advantage of that and put us in a situation where we must escalate. We have made multiple complaints to the FMCSA that have proved fruitless.

      I choose Perennial Van lines as a mover for my furniture, that was going from California to Louisiana. They did not inform me that they brokered Sirius Van lines to move my good. On 8 July 2021 my household goods was picked up in California by Sirius Van lines, the first date available for delivery was 16 July 2021. I contacted both companies when that date came and went. I continually reached out to their customer service every week, until they finally told me it could take up to 30 business days which would have been 27 August 2021. It is now October and still they keep telling it will be soon, with no date in site. I have been in contact with Donna at Perennial Van Lines customer service, and also Sarah with Sirius Van Lines customer service. They supposedly can never get ahold of their dispatch and they constantly tell me they emailed their management to get my deliver moving, but nothing has come of it.

      On June 11, 2021, Sirius Van Lines packed my belongings into their truck at my home in Reno ***** ********** Circle, Reno, NV XXXXX) which was to be transported South Carolina. My things were to be stored for 30 days as part of the contract and then storage would be available upon request. I was told to call Sirius (XXX-XXX-XXXX) to plan for delivery. My first call to Sirius was July 11th only to only learn the number had been disconnected and there was no new number. Did some research online and found police detective, ***** ****** XXX-XXX-XXXX, in Denton TX, where Sirius headquarters is located. He gave me another telephone number to try XXX-XXX-XXXX, I have called that number weekly and talked to several different people and still no answer where my belongings are or when I can get them, as of today, 10/1/21, that is 16 weeks they have had my things. I have filed a police report in Reno, Nevada. I want my belongings, whatever is left of them.

      I hired these movers through **** van lines to conduct a move from Wilmington NC to Tacoma Washington. I entered into the contract march 29th. They scheduled pickup for May 22nd and delivery to be completed withing 30 days from pickup. It's September 29th and I have no delivery date no point of contact due to shut off phone lines and **** van lines also has no form of contact at this time all lines offline as well. I'm seeking delivery of my belongings and or the location of the warehouse so i mat retrieve them.

      that was 6/24/2021 and i paid $1800 so far. and the company committed to provide us a full services for 9 days and max 30 business days. they hostage the furnishers with all the our things in hidden warehouse . the buniess has not try to slove it .they look like fraud company the order number is LXXXXXXX
