      ******** estimated $2019.40 to move bedroom furniture and 10 boxes from Charlotte to Minneapolis. We were shocked that Syrius Van Lines showed up on 6/12. They only picked up 2/3 of the bed, the mattress, dresser, and chestNO BOXESand charged us an additional $1260.75 on top of the original estimate. We had to drive the rest to Minneapolis in a van. *************** stored the load in a warehouse for more than 30 business days past the agreed upon delivery date of 6/26. We repeatedly called ******** and left website messages pushing for delivery and requesting a price review. On 8/13, my Minneapolis daughter got a call from the driver that he would be there in 3 hours! She was in the middle of an 8-hr road trip. She had to arrange for an elderly lady recovering from surgery to meet the driver. He showed up alone in an Enterprise truck. The lady helped him for 3 hours lifting furniture. 2.5 weeks later, my daughter had to hire someone to move the heaviest items upstairs.

      Sirius Van Lines was hired by ********* Van Lines to move my belongings from North Caroline to Maryland on 6/17/21. I paid a combined amount of 2300 which include a deposit and half of the remaining charges. My 49 boxes and furniture have not arrived as of todays date 9/13/21. The phone number is disconnected. The phone numbers for ********* Van Lines are disconnected or connect to people who say they don't know anything about **********

      I used **** who chose this carrier to make my move from Raleigh NC to Medford MA. At 38 business days (delayed delivery date per contract guaranteed within 30 business days), my furniture arrived Saturday 8/28 exactly a dates I told them I was NOT in town. I did NOT receive a 24-48 hour notice of delivery, as states per policy. They threaten to charge me extra if I did not have anyone to meet them and luckily my building helped me. To make things worse, only one poor man was sent alone to move everything and only spoke Russian, my queen mattress and barstool is missing. When opening my packages, all my large glass plates and cups were shattered. I am very disappointed in this carrier for first a delayed delivery date, poor communication with staffing who never had an update for me and were always 'working on it', disorganization, overcharging, loss and damage to my household goods. I would like compensation for this and they deserve to lose their DOT license.

      I hired a broker, ********** Moving Company, who unbeknown to me, hired Sirius Van Lines to move from California to Georgia. After weeks of chasing this company down, they finally delivered nearly two months after they pIcked up my furniture. They demanded payment in full before unloading the truck, only to tell me half way thru that 1/3 of my furniture was still at their warehouse. I have paid over $16K and they have yet to tell me when the rest of my stuff will get delivered. The furniture they delivered is broken and the boxes crushed so most of my items are damaged beyond repair.

      All of my products were picked up from my house in California for transportation to my house in Florida; I have not received my products and all of the phone numbers were changed and I cannot contact anyone. There is supposed to be insurance and complaints need to be filed in writing but there is no way to file a complaint.

      Sirius Van Lines delivered my items ~42 business days after the 30 business day window mandated by the US DOT. I tried calling to get their insurance information to submit a claim for the $50 / day refund for each business day after 30 they are late to deliver; however, none of their prior phone numbers are in service any more. I just need their insurance information for the claim at this point.

      I booked a move with ******* Van Lines (I paid an initial booking fee of $800) that was ultimately supposed to be completed by Sirius Van Lines. Their representatives came to pick up my items on July 16, 2021. The movers seemed okay and did not charge any extra money over the $1174 they were owed upon pickup. After numerous calls to different numbers (they changed their number), I have yet to receive my items and over a month has passed.

      BE AWATE - SIRIUS VAN LINES IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO CONDUCT INTERSTATE COMMERCE!!! Despite the fact that Sirius Van Lines is NOT supposed to be conducting interstate commerce, it continues to do so. The Better Business Bureau posted a notice stating that the company's license had been revoked by the Department of Transportation - Federal Motor Carriers Administration on or about July 21, 2021. Since that time, Sirius Van Lines, which has been in possession of my household goods and personal effects since June 10, 2021 transported those items from Richmond, California to North Carolina and from there to Newport News, Virginia. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are not responsive and then, when it comes time to deliver your household goods, they will try to extort the final payment from you by refusing to release your stuff.

      My furniture was picked up in Dallas, TX by Sirius Van Lines on June 29. I was told my things would be delivered in Rochester, NY by August 5. I paid a deposit and pick up payment totaling $3,068. Balance due on delivery is $1,000. The company has stopped taking my calls and has refused to give me a delivery date for my furniture. They provided a series of excuses, but simply provide no information as to the status of my household goods shipment.

      We hired a moving company ********* to move us and on June 28th we found out they sub contracted the move to Sirius when they came to pick up the furniture. Of course it was more money which we were kind of in a bind so we agreed. It has been 48 days and no furniture. We tried calling and never get an answer. We are at a loss and do not know what to do. It is costing us a lot of extra money every day this continues.
