    I visited my friend at her residence at the ************** in **********, **. I have done so many times. I validated my parking at 6:11pm and took a screenshot for my records. Then when I went to leave, my car was gone and I was illegally towed from the *********** Apartments by Texas Impound Services on May 18th. I have called, emailed, and provided all requested and necessary documentation to show proof of validated parking. However *********************** of the Cue Apartments and ******** at Texas Impound Services has ignored my correspondence. I am requested a full refund as this is illegal and discrimination since my other friends were not towed.

    Good afternoon, This is ***********************. We have got our cars towed from this impound multiple times. When we went to pick up our vehicles we noticed some damage from the tow, on our rims and grill were damaged. We filed a report with them where we listed damages that were done to vehicles. They informed us that we would be hearing a call back from manager in regards to situation. And they provided email address ******************* Where we could email pictures and hear back from them. It has been 7-8 months and we have not heard back. We have emailed multiple times, and filed complaints but have not heard back. They keep stating we need to speak to manager **** but each time we call he never seems to be in office. We are just trying to get issue resolved and hear back from someone who can assist us.

    At a minimum, this is a fleecing dishonest business riding the legal line to make easy money. Car was towed from the Alamo Drafthouse movie theater parking lot after having to leave it there overnight after seeing a movie. $200 later, I picked up my car after being towed for "overnight" parking. This is a huge lot with a very small sign at ************ of the lot that no one would think to read nor says anything about overnight parking. I've been to this theater dozens of times and not noticed the sign

    Texas Impound Services is running an unethical racket on good people who unknowingly parked in wrong location for two minutes. Also the drug my truck back to their lot with my e brake on. They messed up my tires, rotors and pads on my truck. I have pictures to verify my front wheels made full rotations with the e brake on. They are running an unethical racket. Apparently they just sit and watch this area for people to park and swoop right in and take your vehicle. I have never been to that area and unknowingly parked apparently where they tow. If that was the case why be so unethical and have no morals to do that to good people who are unaware. I intend on writing my state representative to get this addressed as well as they were bringing in car after car. This establishment is unethical and immoral. The rear tires are completely clean as they were up, my front tires are the wheels the ebrake controls and it has dirt the full 360 degrees of the tire showing that it was drug by this unethical company.

    At 6:30p on 6/18/23, my daughter parked her car on the south side of the *************** building ***********************************************************She had been invited by my sister, a resident of ******************* located nearby. She thought she had parked her vehicle in a permissible area, abiding by the rules.Texas Impound Services LLC (TIS) TDLR #*********C received a call requesting the pickup of an unlawfully parked car. Instead of towing the right car, they towed away my daughter's car.DRIVER TDLR #***** TRUCK: #TDLR0*********023IM I have pics of the parking spot where my daughter's car was parked. There are no signs present to indicate that parking in that area would result in towing. I have pics of the car that was parked illegally during that same time. This is the vehicle that should have been towed, not my daughter's.The most disturbing piece of evidence is in the pics from TIS. These pics clearly show that they moved my daughter's car before taking their "proof" pictures. This raises serious concerns about their integrity and adherence to proper procedures.When my daughter tried to leave at 10:00p, she couldn't find her car. She panicked because she always locks her car and had her keys with her. We were forced to contact Texas Impound Services to determine its location. This created significant inconvenience for my daughter, my sister, and myself as we wondered why this situation occurred and how to get the car back.There is no room for doubt that an error has been made on the part of TIS. The absence of appropriate signage, the existence of a genuinely illegally parked car, and the suspicious actions of TIS all contribute to a compelling argument in favor of rectifying this injustice.This is not the first time that TIS has towed a car without probable cause or has towed the wrong car. A quick ****** search revealed numerous examples of this occurring across multiple years.     I was unlawfully towed my vehicle at ********* Apartment Complex, which I'm a current resident of on 10/20/2022. I was towed for being in visitor parking too long. What I was told was that I "went over the visitor parking limit". This is absolutely absurd as I was parked there at 10:37 am, then moved the vehicle at about 12:05pm, which I'm well-aware and dropped it off back there around 1pm, where they towed it about less than 30 minutes later. They towed my car assuming it was a COMPLETE 3 hours, when it wasn't even 2 hours COMBINED. While our parking garage was literally down because of "structural damage", as they informed as to move our car to anywhere on the Northside campus to deal with this. I rushed and parked there as I was getting ready to leave for a family out-of-town trip in under 2 hours, as my flight leaves close to 3pm. I would need to receive a full refund for this concern, as my total ended up being a whopping $424.00, when I had no other choice but to pick it up on Monday, 10/24/2022. Please assist me as I'm willing to take effective legal action against Texas Impound Services and their constant aggressive/unlawful towing.

    On 10/24/2022, I discovered that a guest car that was registered under my name from The Woodlands at The Preserve was towed. I had authorized the guest to use my covered spot since at the moment, my car was in the shop being fixed. Therefore, creating extra space for my car spot to be used. When I contacted the towing company, they refused to release the car without $0 pay. As a resident of the apartment, I took the necessary steps to ensure that my guest had been registered to avoid being towed. The opposite happened when the registered car got towed. This is now an inconvenience to my guest. My request is that the company release this vehicle with $0. This car is a 2011 Silver Honda Accord.

    My vehicle was registered, however TIS claims they show it was not, giving them authorization to tow my vehicle. They failed to use proper towing practice when taking the vehicle. They damaged the front steering damper and failed to use skates. Without using skates they dragged my vehicle while in park to a different location causing damage to the tires and drivetrain of the vehicle.

    On 9/3/2022 I went to Texas impound services Plano location. My car was towed from Park Side Firewheel apartments. I called before I went to see if this location was open and if they had my car, which they did. The person I spoke to said they are open 24 hours a day and to come any time. I go to the location and they are closed... so I called the number again. The lady I spoke to said to let her call the tow driver to see where he was and never called me back. I waited for over an hour for the tow driver to come back. I went to pay and he said the total was $317 dollars in cash, an outrageous price for not even 14 hours after it got towed. Since I didn't have much cash I wanted to pay with card so I asked how much the price would be with card and he said $384. This is well over the %4 card surcharge they claim to charge and not to mention illegal in Texas. I opted for the cash payment and when I got my itemized receipt they had charged me $21 for a full days worth of storage even though my car had not been there for more than half a day. I was charged $317 for parking in my apartments designated visitor parking spot... ridiculous.

    On 5/2/22 I entered T.I.S PLANO office to retrieve a towed car. I exited the tow yard and parked in their driveway. I sat in my car for a while and then when I exited the parking lot I noticed my rear bumper was hanging off and the front was hanging off. I contacted T.I.S and was instructed to fill out complaint paperwork. I immediately returned to their office and requested the paperwork; they refused and even refused to provide documentation of the state of my car prior to the tow. I'm now forced to proceed with further actions
