    I placed a order on 10-28-22 for ********. I have inquired two times and have been given lame excuses of why I haven't received a order . Now it states the order label was created on 11-9-22 . But postal service had not received any package as of today 11-14-22. I once again reach out via email for the respond of we will contact post office to see what happen . Remind you the post office never received the merchandise. At this point I have been scammed please don't shop with this online business located on instagram as Toochictees. Stay away they take your money .

    Our sincerest apologies for the issues you experienced with our shipping partner USPS. As previously mentioned in our email correspondance, we have been experiencing issues with USPS scanning packages to record live tracking information for our customers. Being that this is a continuous issue and in efforts to rectify this issue for our supporters, we have been in contact with USPS. When your email was received on November 14th, 2022, we acknowledged your frustrations, and immediately made efforts to locate your package with USPS. We understand the frustration experienced with not receiving your order in a timely manner, and issued a refund, as well as re-shipped out the order to you at no addional cost. We at Too Chic Tees care about our supporters and do not seek to scam, or manipulate, our supporters. Continuing, we will continue to do our due deligence to ensure all concerns, and questions are answered for our supporters in a timely fashion. Please be advised that when packages our placed with our shipping partners, we have no control of the package.
