    SARP Enterprises, LLC is the parent company and shares the same phone number. On 31 January 2023, I placed an order (#******, original invoice attached) for a Knight's Armament E3 bolt assembly, SR-15 Lower Reciever, and firearm from the Texas Gun Store, ******************** *******, ******, Texas *****. On 01 February 2023, I amended the order and submitted a Zelle payment in the amount of $2,249.00. That payment was reflected as going to "Texas Gun Store ************************ Confirmation #*********. On 3 February, I requested an updated invoice reflecting my partial payment before sending the balance. Back and forth emails (all emails were saved and attached), resulted in the responses pressuring me for the balance without sending an updated invoice. I finally requested that my order be cancelled. I received the following on 3 February at 13:29 EST "Ok no problem! We have a 30days money back guarantee, you will be updated by the end of the month when your refund is processed." I requested an update on 08, 10, 13, 16, 21, and 27 February. The response on 21 February was "OK, thank you." No other responses were received. On February 28, I sent an email stating that I would take action but gave them 24 hours to respond. I just want to be reimbursed.

    Made a purchase online and paid for it , and sent proof of payment to the business via email as they requested . Have requested updates about my order and am not getting any responses . I'm concerned that this website and business may not be legit and may be a complete scam .
