This collection from NATIONAL RECOVERY AGEN was not authorized to be on my credit report. This is fraudulent and a violation of my consumer rights and I demand this account to be removed. *** not liable for this debt with National Recovery agency and do not have a contract with convergent. They did not provide me with the original contract like I asked. This company is also in direct violation of my FCRA rights. Ive filed several disputes as well! There are also several violations under the **** ***** article 2, ***** B when I contacted NRA and asked for the original contract directly from the reporting creditor I have yet to receive. I also notified the representative that I am currently working with ***************** and she repeated she no longer has to speak with me and disconnected the call! As of 12-4-2023 I have a meeting with the District Attorney in ************** to describe the harrasing phone calls and limited information by request that still has not be received! I recently received communication from NATIONAL RECOVERY attempting to collect an alleged debt. I send a letter to NATIONAL RECOVERY to cease and decease all communication immediately with a verification of the alleged debt with the following 1. Name and address of Alleged creditor:2.
