I bought a vehicle from the agency and has been faulty since month 3. Various different malfunctions. The most recent one has left me without a car for about a month now and the same excuse of the parts being back ordered is getting old. I believe that the cars they sell are not certified and overpriced. Please help.

Greetings sir or madam. I had purchased a Buick Enclave (don't recall the exact year of vehicle) on or about January 2017 from Auto World in **********, *****. I had purchased this vehicle for my wife, *******************************. In addition, the salesman was very polite and professional. That same day upon signing and closing on the vehicle documentation, one of the gentlemen that assisted me in closing the transaction, advised me of a great insurance that covered bumper-to-bumper and would cover any fault to the vehicle. It was a piece of mind for me so I elected to receive such insurance coverage.A couple of days later, I noticed the vehicle gauges would go wild on me and the vehicle would just stall all of a sudden. In addition, the vehicle had a noise that sounded like a spinning and rattling noise and vehicle would shake and the gears would not function correctly. I took it back to Auto World to advise them of the situation. I was sent to the same gentleman that I had signed the closing of the vehicle transaction. He advised me that the insurance would cover transmissions nor gauge problems. He also sent me to the **********, ***** **** dealership to get a scan and see what could be done. I took it to the **** dealership and they told me there was an electrical problem and the transmission was faulty as suspected. They in return stated that the agency where I purchased it, should be liable for that since it had only been a matter of days when the problems began. Today, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, I spoke to a gentleman at **** of America to see if they could assist me in refinancing my house. He stated that a sum of $14,268 was on my credit reports that were messing me up tremendously. I honestly need your help very much with this. I need this removed from my credit bureau records and for them to reimburse me with the money I paid down and the money I gave for the fictitious insurance policy. Thanks so very much for your assistance. It is very limited to what one can do.
