    We were paying $24.99 a month for our truck washed, my husband had a stroke so we weren’t using it because he’s not driving. On February 5th we went there in my Cadillac to get it washed and told the girl to stop the monthly truck wash payments, she said she would that day. Well when our bank statement came for February they had charged us again. We went to the bank and they said we would have to get a new debit card. When our bank statement came for March they had charged us again for March. The car wash place gave me a number to call which I did April 1st, April 6th, April 10th, April 17th, April 30th and May 1st, 2023. He said They would mail us the money back now $49.98 after BBB talked to them but he only mailed $24.99 check to us. Even though in his email he said his manager okay ed the $49.98. So now he said they were closing the case! Our pass number there is pass 72889#220582 He won’t take phone calls now and the email he gave me don’t work. We would appreciate the balance they owe us $24.99. People should know they better check their bank if they want to know for sure they stopped taken payment’s out right away! He says you have to notify them seven days ahead but we did they just didn’t stop like they said they said they would! Thank you **** *****
