Takes forever to finish a pool or any pool related projects. Trust the negative reviews on ******, they're true.

This customer is blaming us for his heater not being connected, he needs to have his gas lines run, we are not legally allowed to do this and it is in the contract stating so. The construction did take some time, they were building an additional building and we had to stop construction. They did not understand when they came back that we had to work them back into the schedule we have other projects going on as well. The pool has been complete and plastered since July 18, we have also continued to service and provide the chemicals for this pool since then while the fire bowls installation is pending. They have fire bowls, which were sent to us with water they did not pay for that but instead of returning them and re ordering we told them we'd cover the additional cost and go ahead and plumb for the water but needed until Mid February to be able to get to this. The bowls have been on their property for many months as well, everything they paid for is on site and the bowls are the only items not yet installed. Yesterday Mr Flores came into the office screaming and cursing after being notified someone was scheduled for Saturday to start (still Mid February) We understand they are frustrated over the bowls but the pool has been usable for over half a year at this point. He was screaming yesterday that we needed to mark where the gas lines and regulators go, which is not the case that is the gas company that needs to do that, I am not sure who he was hiring but it's very clear with all our clients when it's a gas heater or any feature we are not allowed to run those lines we are not qualified to tell anyone where how or what to use for gas so the fact that they did not connect the gas to the heater yet is not on us we did our part of installing, plubming and electrical to it. There are two sides to every story, unfortunately people are quicker to leave bad reviews than good. In reference to his comment about Google, each one has been responded to by us, and there are many fakes on there that Google does not verify. We have never not completed a project, and have always built quality pools.
