    I filed a claim through my insurance. Everything was approved and paid for, $9,000, and I dropped off my car to be repaired on Friday June 23rd of 2023. I picked up my car Monday August 7th, 2023 with absolutely no repairs but extra dents and scratches, not visible in regular photos, empty gas tank, filthy inside and out and oil life on zero percent. There was a promise to deliver by the ** ********* and her boss. I will attach form. It is now Sept 25, *********************************************** They havent responded to my text messages, calls nor texts.

    I turned my car into Kings Auto Logistics for repair on August 12, 2022 at ******************************************************* (*****). The file date of this complaint is September 29, 2022. Even though they have received payment for services, Kings Auto Logistics has not started any repair on my vehicle. I noticed the employees at Kings Auto would avoid my texts, phone calls, and questions. Representatives at Kings Auto also refused to communicate directly and honestly to the adjuster handling my insurance claim. This situation has greatly inconvenienced me; I lost my job because I did not have reliable transportation. I have been unable to find steady work, pay bills, and take care of my daily needs. After looking up reviews for Kings Auto Logistics, I found that others have had a similar experience with them. Theres no excuse for not delivering quality work in a TIMELY manner. Kings Auto Logistics is a poorly managed business and that should be looked into.
