So I went in yesterday to have my oil changed on my Mustang and they tore my skid plate, the access panel for the oil filter was simply torn out. I was fueling up and was curious if the had replaced it. To my dismay I find that the tech simply ripped out the door, could not be bothered to take the additional 5 minutes to remove the bolt and do it properly. So now I have the big hole the skid plate of my car. I go directly to bay #2, which is where my oil was changed. What did I find at the bottom of the bay ?! The torn piece of my skid plate!! I confront the oil tech and the owner why they ripped my skid plate? The owner took the oil techs side, that it was already torn and was just hanging at the bottom and it fell out while they were changing the oil. What a coincidence!! He denied liability and stated that he would not pay me for my torn skid plate, even after finding the piece laying at the bottom of his oil change bay. Both him and the tech swore that the piece was already hanging and must of fallen off during the oil change. After straight up finding the piece laying in the bottom of his oil change bay, ( picture attached ) he still denied liability. Its like a $75.00 piece. No accountability whats so ever. I knew he just didnt want me to write the review and not be liable for my torn skid plate. He wanted to convince that it was hanging on there and a strong gust of wind finished blowing it off inside his oil change bay. They were just straight up lazy and ripped the panel off for their convenience. As you can see from the pictures where the panel was stretched, the edges of the plastic became thin when the oil tech decided to pull on it to remove it and the bolt hole is also stretched when he pulled it.Now I have a big hole in the bottom my skid plate, road debris will now enter. I brought all this proof to the owner and he straight up denied any liability.

HELLO to whom this may concern,

I just wanted to clarify that for this email, only two locations are under the email address:
    1. ***************************************************************;and
    2. ******************************************

These two locations are under the entity Team Master Lube, Inc. with myself ************************* as the owner/operator.  It is imperative that this change is made as it does affect my business dealings.  The address remitted under this claim is 2251. ******************** which is not under my management, supervision, nor EIN number.  Please submit this claim to the proper entity and remove it from mine.

I appreciate your timely help where this matter is concerned.  If I do remember correctly, this isnt the first time that I receive remittance for the above address on error.

    Thank you kindly, *************************

On 03/04/23 my wife *************************** took our **** F150 for an oil change. She was recommended the air filter and cabin filter be replaced so she agreed. She went home and did not leave again. On Sunday we noticed that there was an oil leak in the truck and the driveway was stained. The leak continued. On Monday 03/06/23 I took the truck back to them to be inspected and fixed since the truck did not have an oil leak prior to the oil change. A week prior I took the truck there for the state inspection and it passed no issues. The employee and manager who refused to give their names refused to fix it. They claimed she was told there an oil leak which is a lie. I called her had her on speaker phone in front of them and she told them no they did not. The receipt does not show anything about a leak either. She told them that they never informed me of a leak and if they claim it had a leak why did they do the oil change. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to fix it. They yelled and said to go the Trawood location. The manager and staff at the Trawood location told us to purchase the cap and they would install it which they did. They risked my truck being ruined by causing an oil leak and having travel even further. Now I have to get my driveway cleaned up professionally due to their carelessness. I want a refund so that I can hire a company to come clean up the oil spill that is in my driveway caused by their carelessness.
