      I took my car to Quality Transmission to get my transmission *********** has been at the shop since July 29th 2024 On October 1st shop called me to inform me that my car was ready for pick up went by and paid remaining balance and took car home on my way home car was not shifting and started having problems with it while driving it on the freeway called shop they said it was normal I said no its not was not doing this before so owner of the shop ****** said to take it back so he can fix the problem I been calling the shop with no answers to my car all I get is that its still failing its going to be ready next week next Friday no next Tuesday I would really appreciate it if I can get some help resolving this issue Please contact me on this number ************ I called the shop today to inquire about my car no answer texted ****** no txt back I really need my car back its causing me lots of stress

      On 7/8/24 I had my 1978 Scout towed to Quality Transmission ********************************* *****. The agreed up work to be done to the scout was to fix the transmission. This agreement was between ****** the owner and myself. He stated the work would take two weeks to complete. At this point of time I knew that his business offered a lease loan to pay for any work. I did not qualify for this lease, but my girlfriend did. She qualified for $1000. The lease was completed with a third party. Once that payment was made he told he would call me in two weeks when it was ready for pickup. Two weeks passed and nothing so I called ******. And the excuse at that point was that hes been busy and hadnt gotten to it. But that it would be ready in another week. Another week passes and I call again and ****** stated he still hadnt gotten to it. For sure one more week he needed. Another week passes and I call again and the excuse was that he was waiting on parts. This excuse was then given 3 more times. I called again and informed ****** o had found a transmission. And ****** said well bring it to me and Ill install it. At this point I realized that he had not worked at all on the scout. I then decided to go pick up the scout from the shop. I had undergone back surgery so my uncle went to pick up the scout. ****** handed my uncle an invoice for $1080. The invoice was for diagnostic on the scout. Basically saying that he was keeping the $1000 he had already obtained from the leasing company. I called ****** to see why he was charging us so much for a diagnostic and he just said thats how much I charge. He did absolutely nothing to the scout . He didnt even check to see whats wrong with it. At no point did he say what even was wrong with the transmission. My girlfriend did reach out to the leasing company to start a claim.
