    Hi my name is ********************************* I havent been able to reach out to one of my professors for fall2023 I dropped the class one day after the drop time, I had to get permission from him I told him my situation, right now I am deployed rewarding DOD in ****** since November 27 2023 and I saw my final grade and I have a F, I have the emails reminding him about me dropping and he just replied OK and hasn't responded any other emails, I reach out to the University and I havent hear nothing back I paid **** for that course
