    I went to Smile Magic **** on 3/15/24. I made an appt for fillings but that service was not completed. Instead, I got ********************* On the initial patient forms it ask do you want a free orthodontist consultation. However, it was not free I was charged $63. I would think that is false advertising. Also, I used ************* Plan in which they informed me my bill would be $250. We asked if that was with savings & was informed it was. However, I called Cigna & was informed they overcharged me by $70. I was informed there is a pt fee schedule the facility has to follow. Instead, they charged me regular *************** amount. I called to have this resolved on 3/19/24 & the lady said they charged me the regular Cigna amount. However, once I informed her of Cigna sending me the pt fee schedule she all of a sudden realized she had the sheet of fees to follow & was overcharging me. She also reiterated that they are in-network. I was informed she emailed billing & they would put the money back on my card. It is now 3/27/24 & I'm still getting the run around on an error they made. I called this ************* said she would email them again. I don't understand why I'm getting the run around on money I'm owed. They purposely overcharged me thinking I wouldn't follow up with insurance. I would like a refund without having to escalate the matter any further. D0150-$63 but was suppose to be $46. D0274-$58 but was suppose to be $33. D0330-$83 but was suppose to be $58. D0220-$19 but was suppose to be $14. D0230-$16 but was suppose to be $11. D0603-$11 but was suppose to be 20%. Also, they were attempting to bill for a service of topical application of flouride they didn't give me.
