    On 4/23/2024 I paid a $100 deposit for a party package at Jungle Jaks for a kids party that was scheduled on 5/4/2024. My child became ill and I tried to cancel on 5/2/2024. I was told there were no refunds. On 5/2/2024 I spoke to a supervisor who would not give me his name. He confirmed that there was no such policy and that the manager just said no refunds. He told me the managers name is ***** and I asked to speak to the manager and I was told she was not available and that they did not know when she would be working. On 5/3/2024 I called back and asked that I be directed to the no refund policy on the website but they were not able to direct me to any policy. I then posted a negative ****** review and minutes later *****, the manager called me. ***** was screaming over the phone and refused to direct me to her non refund policy on the website. Ive never received this type of customer service. This has been the worst experience Ive gone through with any business Ive dealt with. I let ***** know I had screen shots of the site and the check out page and again let her know that there was not a no refund policy. She kept talking over me saying that I was being rude to her. I was frustrated that I was being yelled at in a scold like manner as if I were a child but I said nothing disrespectful to her. I then asked her if her title was manager and if there was anyone above her I could speak with. She ignored my question and request and instead she kept repeating over and over that there is a policy then hung up on me. I still have not received any proof of a non refund policy from the business. I called ahead of time and did not receive services so I feel as though my money was stolen. I have seen the same type of complaints/reviews online about this business. I have attached pictures of the website and check out screen to show there is not any statement about no refunds.
