    GTI floorcovering installed tile in the shower in the top level of my house. Shortly after completion of the job...the shower was leaking into the garage. ************************* was called to make repairs. He took about 3 months to come do the rework. We were without use of the shower for 4 months. When he finally showed up...he said the work would be done in 3 days. Its been 3 more months and my entire garage is cut up looking for the leak and it still hasn't been done. The shower sheet rock is torn out and shower is inoperable with door disassembled. I paid for the tile on the rework on promises that he would reimburse the cost but till today no reimbursement. Callled him over 23 times and took off from work, waited on false promises, and he never showed 6 times. I would like a refund for the full price I paid for the shower.
