      Mr. Cuellar was hired to put in new floors and new ceilings in 4 and 1/2 rooms. and do a roof repair. He started December 1st and stopped coming as of February 20th. There were many odds and ends in the house he did not finish; repainting several doors (main door and back door included) that did not look good after one coat of paint, and he had promised to repair and refinish two legs of a china cabinet that he or his workers had damaged. The grout was applied so recklessly that I had to hire a professional floor cleaning company to come in and clean the floors after the tile and grout had been installed. Worst of all, however, is he walked off with $1,850 which we had paid him up front to repair the roof. He never did anything on our roof. We paid him up front because we had to leave town and would not be back until after the date he promised us he would have the roof repair completed. Despite my reaching out several times to get him to come back and complete his work for us, he has ignored my phone calls. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
