    Our nieghbor hired them to incress our fence so they could better sell thier house. They asked if the could use our yard to put doen the materials and work on it. Theybagreed to put the fence back up. Instead the fence was never put back and a hole was but in or side wall.

    We were hired by *********************** from At home repair to do an increase to an existing rock wall.  We provide contracts for all our services which we have for ****************** for address ********************* that contract was executed and attached is the contract. 

    ************** is the neighbor that we asked if we can enter through the side of his home and in return in good faith for allowing us to use his backyard we would clean out his yard.  Which we did and provided is a photo for proof. 

    Attached is my response to ****************** wife's aggressive email, that she has yet to reply to. 

    What ************** is complaining about is that he wants us for free to build a side rock wall pillar which he didnt have.  All ************* had was wood boards instead of a gate.  We never did any contract with ************** he was never our customer and we never took any form of payment from him.  We are under no obligation to do any service.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I asked him to just put the gate back in its original condition. He called me a thief and told me he would not do it. I did not ask for it to be done more then it wqs before he knocked it down.

    First contracted *********************** to construct a perimeter fence on May 10th. Gave ************************ half the payment $3750.00. He started he completed on May 16th. I had issues with the craftsmanship and asked that he fix but I still paid the remaining balance. After I paid him he disappeared and has blocked my calls. The fenc is going to have to be demo'd and redone. All I want is for ************************ to return the money I paid him.
