I am reaching out as we moved into our home in November 2021. My husband ****** ****** has attempted many times to reach out to ********* ****** regarding our warranty. The first issue we had was a leak in the shower due to a faulty shower cartridge. Workers were sent over and they removed that piece (never came back). My husband had to find a piece and fix it on his own. We were informed that the piece had to be ordered a week later. ********* informed my husband that he would provide him the piece that was ordered. That has not been done. In addition, when we completed the warranty form, it was indicated that the glass (back) sliding door needed to be replaced. ********* informed us that he would be taking care of this. No update yet. We have attempted to get these issues resolved and have not heard back. When we do get a hold of *********, we are promised that it will be taken care of but we don’t see movement. I understand that you are faced with time urgency and many items on your plate. This is just unacceptable at this point. We ask urgently for your assistance in getting this done. Our home address: ***** ****** ******* ** **** ** *****. If you could please contact my husband, ****** ****** at ************, I would greatly appreciate it.
