      * **** ******* ***** ***** Don’t waste your time with this car lot. I will never deal with this car lot again. I’ve been ran around for over a week now and I still have to deal with these ****** today and tomorrow. I wish I could talk to the owner to let them know what kind of a ***** **** they got going on at viva ford. What a mess and a very unpleasant experience this has been. Thank you for all the unnecessary run around. If you all knew your jobs and how to do your jobs, it would be very scary. Thanks again for nothing. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT. Never again.

Not happy at all with finance department. In 2021 i traded in a great ****** for a Chrysler 300 at **************. The used car manager and dealer did fine. Then i got to the finance department with Mr. ****************************** Everything was great at signing and he sold me on an extended warranty since the car was out of its factory warranty. Car had around 50k miles, financed just over 3k on top for 3yr/60k extra miles of warranty which meant id have just over 100k miles on odometer of coverage. Pan to 10/18/2023 i traded that vehicle in at another dealership, went back to ********** to cancel warranty and get refund. new finance guy told me it could take 12 weeks and that was understandable. I went back mid December 2023 for an update, and was told account was closed and i exceeded mileage. Hmm, i got the car with just shy of 50k miles, traded it in with 66k miles. I contacted the warranty company DOWC and they informed me whomever did the paperwork stated the car only had 8k miles and warranty to end at 60k. Not as explained to me by ********************. If that car actually had 8k miles what would have been the point of another warranty as it would have still been new and with factory warranty. 3 weeks later and more runaround obviously being not of importance to ********************, who is currently at their **** dealership, I went to Viva Corporate to get answers. 3 days later receiving an email that they supposedly looked over everything and are sticking to the false mileage and that's it. I have all the original paperwork as well as copies from the bank that financed me showing the actual mileage of the 300 when purchased, and has been seen by attorney who agrees there is something fishy as to how none of the numbers make any sense. Had the car only 15 months and should be entitled to receive half of that 3k as a refund since i'm still paying on that negative applied to my trade in. Very shady, and unacceptable the unprofessionalism they have shown. this need to be corrected.

We refinanced my **** Flex. It was paid off from another Bank in August 2023. I had an extended warranty on the **** Flex 2019. I went to Viva Ford to sign some paperwork so I could receive my $1600.00 refund money back from my extended warranty did the paperwork with ******* the guy who originally sold me the car. Was advised it would take **** weeks to receive my refund back from the extended warranty, and that was Sept. 14, 2023. Went back almost the end of Nov. 2023 to find out that the paperwork was NEVER submitted and I had to do it over with a finance supervisor named Mr. ****************************** He assured me that I'll get my refund from the warranty in about 3 weeks it's been over that I've called no answer, I even went there 3x he's never in or he calls me right after I/ we have left the premises of Viva Ford. It's thief the car was paid for IN FULL!! I just want my refund that I'm owed back so I/We can be done with this company. If not I'll be filing legal court papers actions, because they not gonna play with me about my money. It's my right I'm due process of my funds, that's not theirs to keep.

Took my high profile jeep in to trade for a small economic car. I said from beginning they would need to pay off my jeep 38k. It is lifted with extensive upgrades. They told me they would offer 28k and I needed to put down ****** on a car listed at ****** with over 96k miles on it. They said the price online is not accurate, that is. *** only (but could not show me this anywhere) I saved the listing! Anyway I told them forget it as they just insulted me and I was extremely upset as they kept coming to me and saying we almost have it to what you need for payoff. LIES LIES, NOT TO MENTION FALSELY ADVERTISING ONE PRICE AND JACKING IT UP OVER 5K FOR THE ACTUAL PRICE ACCORDING TO THEM! STAY AWAY FROM HERE, VERY SHADY!!!

I am in the market for a new Bronco. They told me they had what I wanted and would offer a reasonable price but I had to be at the dealership. I arrived on Monday May 29th and the vehicle was not available. They state it is somewhere else and I must make a deal to see it. I offered a price and they then told me they do not deal and I must pay the asking price. **** **** ** **. I purchase several new cars per year. I will not purchase from them and I will not even look at their inventory. Avoid this place.

We went into Viva Ford on Saturday 3/18 to look at a CRV priced at $28363. We took the car for a test drive and told the associate that we were interested. He came back with paperwork and said sorry, the price is $29363. We agreed to go with the higher price. When we went back to speak with the finance person, he was telling us that the total amount to be financed would be $34000. They were adding dealer charges of $1500 and $1000 for theft protection. We told the person we did not want any of those items. Today when I emailed the dealership said the internet price is $30,593. **** ******* ****** ** *** **** ***** ** ******* **** ***** ****** *******

We brought our car over to get fixed after an accident where the other car was at fault. The damage was only cosmetic and the car ran perfectly fine when we took it, however, the car came out of the repair with a check engine light and bad engine vibration. The mechanics denied all responsibility and said the problem was already there, even though they acknowledged the check engine light was not there until they touched it. Please do NOT bring your cars here for repair.

      * ***** **** **** ***** ** * ****** I brought my Ford in for a blower motor issue. After paying $150 for a diagnostic fee, I was quoted $850 dollars for repair. A quick ****** search shows that the blower motor for my vehicle costs around $50. Since I'm not a mechanic, I decided to call several reputable auto shops in the area. I was quoted around $200 for parts and labor. This Ford dealership suggested the labor would take 2.5 hours. However, all of the other auto shops in the area stated it would be around half an hour of work. This dealership also stated I needed a coolant exchange and an air filter replacement- both of which were done three months ago. Last time I checked, air filters in cars need changed about once a year (depending on mileage). **** ********** ** ** ******** **** *** I am disgusted by the service here. Out of all the places to bring my car, I thought that the Ford repair center would be better equipped to service my FORD. Save your money and take your vehicle elsewhere.
