Amazing job. Technician came out next day after I called and was patient enough to wait while I made it back home from work. He was very thorough with his explanation of work and parts. Will most definitely recommend.

******* ***** was prompt and found the issue with our AC unit very quickly.. He gave us several repair options and performed the request requested repairs the same day. Would definitely recommend in the future.SoBellas Appliance LLC

I had been hearing about the 'SoBellas Heating and Cooling' maintenance programs with convenient pricing options on my radio station for some time now and had been meaning to call. I finally called to start my heating and cooling unit maintenance, hoping to beat the super hot summer rush of AC repair calls. My technician, ****, was AWESOME! He checked all the equipment (2 heating and 2 cooling units), installed my sensors, and helped me with the monitoring app. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks, ****, for getting our home heating and cooling units up to par on our maintenance and all set up for the upcoming hot season! You are Much Appreciated!!! :-)SoBellas Appliance LLC

Very impressed with their customer and technician service. I was able to make a next day appointment for an issue with my air conditioning unit. ******* ***** came out to my house, he was courteous, explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I have been using SoBellas since May 2021, after moving to ******* in Jan. 2021. I had never had a swamp cooler before and was clueless. SoBellas came out, explained everything to me and I have been with them ever since. From the office staff making appointments & answering calls to the guys who come out to service my ********** #1 top-of-the-line professionals, who are friendly and patient. Today, ******* ***** came out to get my AC going and as always he was kind, professional & a hard worker. I appreciate ALL that you have done for me and how you ALL go out of your way to take care of your customers. Thank you *******, again, it's once again nice & cold in here.SoBellas Appliance LLC
