    We got Solar last year *** **** ****** *** *** **** **** ********* *** **** **** **** * **** ** *** *** ** *** *** ****** **** **** ***** ********** *** ****** * *** ** ****** **** ** I went online and I found this company Soltech Energy and explained our situation, he said that he could help us. He was very reasonable in price and very professional. All of his employees very professional. I would recommend this company to anybody that got Solar installed by ****. Thanks ***** and your crew, for a great job.

    First, I would like to say I enjoyed the solar install on my home, but that is where it stops. Installer damaged numerous tiles on my roof and it has been months of me pleading with them to get back to my home and replace what they damaged. They were also to emplace solar panel barriers around the panels that will stop birds from going under the panels. Each time I talk to the **** I am always told they will be at my home on Tuesday, each Tuesday comes and goes, and the roofers never show. Ill call and/or text again and each time I am either not answered or I receive a text telling me he will call in a bit, but he never does, this has been going on since September 2023 and now it is April 2024 and still no repair. I tell anyone that asks me about who installed my system, and I will tell them and then I will always follow up with go somewhere else. They are great on customer interaction during the sale, but that is where it stops. Such a shame, I am a combat veteran and I do believe my word is my bond.

    First off I'd like to say that Soltech Energy was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the right system for our home. After a bad experience with another solar company, I am extremely grateful for the amazing experience that ***** and ****** provided my family. Soltech Energy is truly the best solar company in El Paso and I recommend them to anyone looking into switching to solar energy!!!
